I feel like such a fool for getting scammed, dont know if this review will even get posted here
Around April I bought my 1st pair of chamaripa shoes. It was a 10 cm model. But, it actually gave me around 7 cm height from barefeet. Keeping in mind that even regular shoes give around 3 cm in height, the actual height increase I got is around 4 cm. But I was okay with it since they were comfortable and I live in India, used a shipping service and returning would be hassle and I would still face some loss in money. 2 months later or around 4 months ago from now I decided to buy one of their 13 cm models. Keeping in mind that the 10 cm model gave me a height of 7 cm, I believed the 13 cm advertised would give me 10 cm at max. That shoe had a rating of 4.8 or 4.9 from around 60 customer reviews and I feel like a fool for trusting in them. It was already mentioned that since it was custom-made shoe it was non-returnable. When it arrived and I wore them, it gave me around 9 cm height from barefoot and that's not even why I am writing this review. They were so uncomfortable, it had some kind of hard plastic in them as the insole which made so unevenly heavy and it was larger than my size too. I tried everything to make them comfortable like inserting cotton swabs around the toe area, using cotton as a tongue pad, but it was still uncomfortable. I was just broken. Just saying that they themselves uploaded a video of someone walking in 13 cm model and even the video that person was struggling to walk and I feel like such a fool for not watching that before. Never expected to get such brutally scammed. It cost me around 24k inr which is like life-changing money in India. Now there is nothing I can do except write this long review on trustpilot and some other sites if possible.

Having bought many brands of elevator shoes for men and being disappointed by all except one or two, the only brand from which I will certainly buy again is Chamaripa. The shoes have great design do what they promise (very rare with elevator shoes brands) and have the best customer service I have ever seen to date in any internet purchase I have made. They kept asking me information about the shoes and informing me when they were sent and when they are going to be delivered without me asking at all. The lady who assisted me was very kind as well.

I ordered a pair of made-to-measure shoes from Chamaripa, drawn by a refined and well-proportioned model displayed on their website. After 15 days of waiting, I received a pair that — while superficially similar — was clearly different upon closer inspection, with details and finishing touches that revealed a lower-tier design.
I paid $350 for this pair, expecting a product that matched both the style and quality presented online. When I raised the issue, I discovered that the product images on the website had been changed after my order was shipped, effectively aligning the new photos with the shoes I received.
The company replied that, being handmade, each pair is slightly different — an argument that cannot justify the clear divergence from the product originally advertised.

I bought the shoes as a gift for my husband. They were exactly as I saw on the Chamaripa site and didn't disappoint.
Possibly a little over priced but I've got to say they look fantastic on him and of course gave him that little extra height.
If they last as long as the last pair I bought him ABT ten years ago from another site I'd say they will be well worth the money.

The shoes fit smaller. So you have to probably return your first to get an estimate of the sizing.
You will be required to pay for the return.
The shoes are not worth the price tag and the service is poor.
I would not use them again. Too expensive and the service is horrible
