Ordering online is a little tricky especially when it comes to custom ordered products. I was hesitant enough to not purchase what I needed, but after much discussion with a specialized and well-knowledgeable customer representative over the phone, I was very pleased with the knowledge and assistance provided. I will definitely be purchasing from here more and fully trust in their products!

I've been buying their shoes for years now and I love them! The craftmanship is unbelievable. Whoever makes those shoes is a true artist. They look beautiful, they fit comfortably, and they last a lifetime. Their customer service is also great, they communicate with me via whatsapp whenever they run specials and I love that I can reach out to them with questions or concerns, and they are always available. That personal rapport in addition to their amazing products just makes them an outstanding company.

Sadly, this is a terrible company and would strongly advise you not purchase from them. Returning of a faulty or poor product is costly to the buyer. They dispatch from UK, but want you to return to China, with heavy postage fees, custom charges and incomplete refund on unused items. The cost of return can exceed the price of the product. Fraudulent. You have been warned!

I don't understand the negative comments here. First of all, the customer service is excellent. Anny from customer service has always assisted me via WhatsApp with my order and shipping. She is a really nice person that aids you with any order-related issues. There were no issues with the payment, and they sent my sneakers to me by FedEx (international priority), where they arrived in about only 4 days. The sneakers did in fact match the description. extremely beautiful and of the highest quality. The packing was of the same quality. I'm extremely happy, and you can buy from this company with confidence.
I'm not genuinely that short. I am 179 cm, or around 5'11". I'm about 185-186 cm (6'1) in these sneakers, which isn't awful at all for job interviews or other circumstances where being taller is appropriate. And no, these sneakers do not appear to be elevator shoes; rather, they appear to be quite natural and typical white sneakers. Nothing is noticed by anyone. thanks.
Furthermore, this is a genuine comment. Love<3

I have tried several times to agree terms with the seller, they want me to lie on customs forms and take no liability. I did exactly what they wanted me to do, they then change the return process. I have asked for a FULL REFUND and confirmation that I have no liabilities when send the shoes back due to their request to lie on the customs form
Reply from CMR Chamaripa Shoes2023-08-11
Hi Sir
Thank you for the feedback, we are deeply sorry about your unhappy shopping experience.
The customs is so strict that we were trying our best to pass the customs clearance. We really appreciate your cooporation with us, but both of us cannot control the consequence.
We are still waiting for the customs. After we receive the shoes, we will start the refund process.
We will keep updating with you.
Deeply apologize again!
