Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company and its offerings. People regularly point out that customer service representatives are extremely helpful, responsive, and quick to resolve any questions or individual ordering details. Many consumers are also genuinely impressed by the gorgeous materials, exceptional craftsmanship, and remarkably fast shipping options available worldwide.

Absolutely in love with my new Superman suit, fits perfectly, and I wasn't expecting how good the quality was with printed logos, and a zipper underneath the trunks.
A VERY high quality suit. The customer service was perfect too, after putting the order in with the boots to come with it, they messaged straight away to find out my exact measurements for the most comfort and satisfaction.
Arrived in good time too, and overall, extremely pleased with my purchase, would buy from here again
I tried to delete my bad review but could not so gonna do a new one because the company sent me a replacement outfit and boots that fit snug now. So gotta give them 5 stars for their great customer service. Thank you
Great shipping, great quality and look, their website is easily accessible and easy to buy and very good price for what it sells, would buy again, top tear
This place is honestly the best for not all, but most of your DC or Marvel needs!!! I came across this site with little hope. But they honestly blew me away! Their craftsmanship on suits is amazing and their pricing is pretty affordable! I bought the Young Justice Nightwing in Mens 2XL- And it was perfect!

Overall, a pretty suit but it has some flaws that cannot be ignored.
This costume looks really, really good. However, there are two quality issues here.
1, sizing is very to the letter and there is almost no room for error. I ordered one size suit that should have fit me but it didn't. I did work with the company for a replacement, but they charged me a pretty hefty fee to get it.
2. I wouldn't necessarily be upset about paying for the replacement, but the original shit arrived damaged. The vest has color bleed on it, and the rear of the suit was split on the seam when received. I was willing to pay for the replacement despite this, as I didn't do my measurements right, however, the replacement suit split on the seam after one wear. Of note, the new suit for VERY loosely on me, so this wasn't an issue of strain on the seam. I will have to sew this suit after 1 wear just to continue wearing it. This should not be an issue with such an expensive product.
3. Lastly, for such an expensive product. They use cheap zippers. I have a feeling the zippers will fail after a few uses. Wearing it once, I had trouble zipping and it got caught often.
Overall, a pretty suit but it has some flaws that cannot be ignored.

I placed my order in hopes of receiving it in time for an event.
Customer service was amazing! Alice with customer service answered all of my questions and assured me they would do their best. It arrived 5 days early. Tracking was great as well. I got updates in real time. We will be urchasing again!
I ordered Messmer's cloak from Elden Ring, which showed up within about 2 weeks of ordering. The cloak arrived in stellar condition, and I received consistent (and consistently excellent) customer service while I waited. I'll most definitely buy from them in the future!
Phenomenal product. I went through all the websites and they all looked like they were going to rip me off and honestly I fully expected to be ripped off but it came early and wayyyy better quality than I expected.
Amazing Superman 2025 costume, great communication
I just ordered the Superman 2025 costume Chaorenbuy makes that I saw on Instagram and I was not disappointed. Great price for a custom suit and complete with cape & boots. Shipping was super fast and they communicated often, sending notifications of when the suit was prepped and being shipped as well as purchase confirmations. I have purchased a lot of cosplay suits and props from all kinds of sellers and websites and these guys are legit.
Custom order was handled quickly and professionally by Alice. Happy with product - better than photo on website. Good quality and great fit. Quick overseas delivery with good tracking info.
Highly recommend ordering from Chaorenbuy! Was hesitant at first but I've been really impressed by their customer service and the quality of their costumes. Had an issue with the zipper on my outfit and their team went above and beyond to get the issue fixed. Really patient and kind in their email support and even sent photos to help troubleshoot my issues! First impressions mean everything so I can't wait to purchase from them in the future.
Bought a product and it was EXACTLY as described and looks amazing! Great product and also great communication with all tracking information. Thank you so much! A+ company!
I bought ladypool shoes only as I was a skeptical buyer. I placed an order and they were more than happy to make a custome size for me since my size was not available. Not only did they go out of their way to make my size. But shipping was soooooo fast. I have since then placed an order for the rest of the cosplay and I cannot wait!! Please buy from them.
