While the bracelets themselves are nice the shipping process takes way too much time. Please note, these bracelets are shipped from China so shipping can take an excess of 2 weeks. For that reason alone, they are not worth it.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Charmette. My husband purchased an Italian charm bracelet for me, but when it arrived, six out of the 10 charms were defective. When I contacted customer service, they initially presented three options for resolution, including a "return of your order for a full refund." However, when I attempted to move forward, they backtracked and claimed they could "only offer a refund for the affected charms." After further back-and-forth, they ultimately approved and processed a full refund. While I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved, the process was unnecessarily stressful and confusing due to their conflicting information. Given the initial quality issues and the inconsistent communication, I would not recommend this company
The bracelet was a gift to my daughter and she absolutely loved it. She wants another one in gold so I'll be shopping for the perfect tiles for her. Easy to put together and the tiles were as pictured, great quality. Thank you :)

I purchased charms from pomo, it's been over a month ago, have never received anything wrote in email and tracking was down...the charms were a graduation gift for my granddaughter. Very disheartened about the service. They emailed they were refunding it, but that hasn't happened either. Your product looks good, but your CS sucks! I'm praying you're better than this, however you have lost a customer if this doesn't get resolved.You should get a better delivery system.
Love the bracelet and the charms. The only issue was that it took a little to long to get it cause it was coming from China which I didn’t not know this . I thought it was coming from the states . Would love to order another one but not sure . The quality of the items are very good.

The arrival was a bit long as I expected but it id definitely worth the wait for sure. The charms are so cute and petite im surely going to order more soon.
