I will use you from now on. I have been on the phone on different airlines and different agents since yesterday (24 hrs.) I found you and call to clarify baggage allowance and the phone was answered in the 2nd ring! Wonderful!!! in one occasion with another vendor I was on hold for over an hour. Avianca customer service is also really bad their travel experience has been good but customer service is terrible! Thank you for making my life easy! I will remember!
