Scammers
I booked a flight and was led to believe I was getting a lower price. However, they called me later to say that I was on a waitlist and that I needed to pay more money for the fare difference. They also said I could not get my original money back because they hid their non-refundable scam in their terms and conditions.

The representative I dealt with had absolutely no idea what she was doing and repeatedly gave me misinformation. I spent weeks trying to find out where my refund was that I was told would be in 24 to 48 hours, two weeks and then four billing cycles. Finally spoke to someone who explained I wasn't getting any refund! It was a nightmare....BEWARE‼️

Misleading and many fake reviews
This site is horrible and has shady practices. They do a much more sophisticated bait and switch. The only guarantee part of your flight and then upsell you for the rest of the flight to guarantee you can go. Never seen this practice before, but it's dirty and unbelievable. The worst part is that the prices go up because you bought a ticket and since you are on the "waitlist" then the seat is now in demand which automatically goes up. DO NOT TRUST these fake reviews!

We got scammed out of 3 airline tickets, they called us to confirm that the flights we just picked hours before and charged for were no longer available and that they needed $460 additional costs to keep the flights.
SCAM they call back trying to add charges saying the flight is full, you need to pay additional monies. SCAM...then say you can't cancel.

Scammer
They posted a cheap air ticket price on their website and after purchased it, they told me that my return ticket is no longer available.
In order to secure the ticket, I had to pay extra +$596 per person round trip. They also suggested me alternate options but it was $300+ more than originally booked and took extra 12 Hours to get back.
They also refused to refund.
I agree to purchase ticket with $837 but not agree to pay $1433.
They should not run the business like this.
I used to work in the travel agency. In case promotion fare (bulk fare) is not available, we would inform to customer before we book it not after they pay for it.

SCAM
SCAM! The worst experience for my whole life and a full night of crying. I booked an international flight for $845. They called me and said that it's not available anymore. I asked to let it go then. But it didn't work out for them (!!!). They said I had only two options: to buy a more expensive ticket (e.g., for $1500) or pay a cancellation fee ($200). No other options. I was so stressed after almost 1,5 hours trying to receive my money back for non-existing ticket (my ticket for $845 has never been issued). I finally agreed to a terrible ticket for almost $1400. Just because I was about to cry after 1,5 hours while realizing it's all fraud. At that, I'm an international student and don't have extra money. I could have bought a cheaper and better ticket regarding the route at another website, but they gave me no choice. I cried for several hours. I’m still waiting for my terrible and expensive ticket to be issued. If it's ever issued. Crying will probably continue.

BEWARE SCAM
Beware of using this SCAM company. My daughter was scammed into believing it was legitimate and ended up out of pocket. She booked what seemed to be a good price on one airline received a call that if she didn't pay even more to go on another airline, she would lose her money and then was tricked into paying a cancellation fee to get her money back even though the original booking was never honoured. I understand that prices are subject to change if you can't book the original flights at all, you should not have tried to charge a cancellation fee and confuse her into to paying double to cost. I was able to book the original flights for her on the airlines website or less than the substandard flights you offered

Happened to me
They posted a cheap air ticket price on their website and after purchased it, I received an email 5 minutes later to call them and they said the return ticket from that destination not available therefore be advised to change my ticket or l will lose the money because it was a non refundable ticket

Honest Review ! Website is great to book flights ! Only problem was the price decreased after 15 mins after doing one booking. Asked the customer service why and they couldn’t explain. First booking 550 per ticket second 499 per ticket big drop after 15 mins. Customer service should price
