I love Chewyz caramels! They're the best! I have ordered them many times. My only disappointment with this order was that 1 of the 3 flavors I ordered seemed less than very fresh from the kitchen (the chai latte flavor). I say this because they were not creamy, but instead had a little bit of crystallization or something that caused them to have a little bit of a gritty texture, so I had to deduct a star for this. However, the other 2 flavors (chocomels and cha cha churro) were awesome in quality as usual.
Hi Kathy - Sorry to hear there was an issue with your last order, but really wish you would have let us make it right before giving us such a negative review.
I'm not sure how caramels that were less than perfect went out to you, however we will look into it. Thank you and I truly hope you will give us another shot at providing you the best caramels in the world.
I have never tasted such delicious caramels, I seriously do not want to share but I am hahaha . The creamy texture and the flavor is spot on, and I am pleased to say the flavors I purchased are both equally delicious, I will purchase more in the near future.

Sea salt caramels are delicious. Cost, not so much.
Sea salt caramels are delicious. Just the right amount of salt. But the price is starting to make me feel guilty. I wish they could be a bit cheaper.

Thanks for your thoughts Mel. We do try to offer discounts and free shipping as often as possible to ease the pain a bit. We also have not raised our prices with this terrible inflation crisis we're in the middle of. Always look for our promo emails for great deals on the horizon!
Excellent customer service and exceptional product!
Excellent customer service, options and speedy delivery! The flavors are exceptional and size choice very convenient. I love how Chewyz offers sample sizes too. Great idea! These have been a hit to bring to dinner parties, Bible study, picnics and to send as gifts. I don't even like caramel, but these are the best treat!

Thanks so much for your wonderful review and for letting us know we're doing a good job Julie! We really appreciate you!
These caramels & cookies are so so delicious!!! I keep coming back, lol
I pop cookies in microwave for 10-15 seconds and, WOW, melted delicious chocolate & caramel on the inside of each cookie. JUST TRY THEM!!! The caramels are just your ordinary caramels you get at Walmart. They are homemade, and you can tell. You can taste the real butter and just the right amount sea salt sprinkled over the top of each one. Try em ya’ll😇
