Being shipped in the summer they could use a cooling pack. This last purchase, all the butter has melted to the ends of the wrapper and your hands fingers are filled with it when you unwrap the caramels. Taste wise, the caramels are a 10.

Thank you for letting us know. Unfortunately it's very hot in many states over the summer and even with a cooling pack, they don't last thru the entire journey. We'll work on finding a solution that does work and we appreciate your patience.

The caramels are delicious (the best I ever had) but the service not so good. I've ordered several times and the processing time takes way too long. Once it's shipped it arrives in a few days. The cookies were disappointing as they were advertised as soft and chewy but arrived hard.

Super disappointed that you didn't give us the opportunity to make this right before giving us 2 stars. Our cookiez should never be hard and there must have been a reason. We are always here to help with any problem or issue, but need the opportunity to do so first. Thank you.

These caramels are absolutely amazing!

These caramels are absolutely amazing!! They are so soft and creamy and they just melt in your mouth. I love all the variations, like the churro flavor I got this time. The only very minor complaint is that I would love there to be more salt on the salted caramel.

Our new Churro flavor is a definite favorite here at HQ Megan. We do our absolute best to make everyone happy with our finishing salt level, so thanks for the tip!

Excellent products and service

Excellent products and service! One of my sisters recommended this company when we were discussing salted caramels. These truly are the best! They are soft and delicious. We have tried the sea salt caramels and the chocomels. We are considering purchasing both flavors with the auto ship option.
