The 4s 9500 mah 90c lipos are great but they could use a hire c rating like 120c or 130 c to give more punch.

Customer service is horrendous
Let me start off by saying the batteries themselves are good. I am very happy with them and the prices are reasonable. The problem... customer service or lack thereof. I have placed several orders and have gotten many lipo batteries for my various RC cars from CNHL and did not have any issues until they sent the wrong batteries on my last order. You only get two options to contact them, an email which gets you the standard " Im out of the office for a week, you can use the chat on the website if you need immediate assistance". Well its been well over a week and nothing has been handled yet, you send a message only to wait days for a response and then when you reply its a few more days to get another response. I stressed the fact that I needed those particular batteries asap for an outing which is why I had ordered them with plenty of time for them to get here. They told me that they need to receive the wrong batteries back before they sent the correct ones and their response days later was to offer a 50% refund so I can buy them again and then when they recieved the wrong ones back they would refund the other 50%. I agreed just to get the ball rolling, that was 3 days ago and havent heard back and still no shipping label. Just the simple task of sending me a return label to send the wrong batteries back seems to be a challenge. At this point I just want my money back. I dont care how good your product is, if you dont have the customer service to back them up when something does go wrong my business is going to end up elsewhere. Still waiting to hear back and get the return label so I can be done with this company.

Like the lipo's. Don't like the long time between ordering and the shipment to me. (more than 7 working days:( Not like statet on your side.
Batteries fine, but no returns and bad service!
Batteries themselves and shipment from Poland to Germany were good. But there basically is no option to return anything! They charge a 30% handling fee plus shipment cost from the very first day - illegal in the EU. And there is no simple way to apply for a return label. The email response I got was "I am on holidays, please wait til next week". Unless you are very sure you never need a return avoid this Chinese seller!

Your service seems OK. 1st order.. One big problem is that you seem to have very little in the way of Spare parts.. I buy an airplane and I need something, I can't get it. I can't fly and my investment in the model is worthless.. I have a friend who has been grounded for many months waiting on a part that was promised several months ago. You want to ruin a reputation, your on track. No parts, no straight answers and no more customers ...........
