Bought three identical 6s batteries
Bought three identical 6s batteries. They sent me two 6S and one 5S. They refused to send me a replacement. Wanted me to pay for return. Utterly disgusting. Reversed my credit card payment. They lost a lifetime client. PS: Kate, there are no shipping limitations in Australia. You have a warehouse in Australia, so it would be trivial to send shipping labels or return bags to clients. You simply don't want to do it. Australian law states that CNHL must pay for return postage; you cannot force customers to pay upfront and then reimburse. I also mentioned that I am willing to pay for the return postage myself, but I will leave a negative review—which would be fair. Your support team decided to be spiteful and try to teach me a "lesson" instead - delay my third 6S battery until I return the 5s battery.

CNHL makes top tier batteries at a wholesale discount price
CNHL batteries have noticably more power in situations that require rapid discharge rates than other brands I've used with the same mAh and the same C rating. The complete descriptions on the website with dimensions of each battery listed helps to prevent purchasing the wrong item. I would offer some feedback as to what, in my opinion, your company is lacking or areas where you're falling short but in quality, price and buying experience, I don't think there's a better value

I received two identical 6-cell 5000…
I received two identical 6-cell 5000 mAh LiPo batteries from China Hobby on the same order. Although "identical," their weight was vastly different. One weighed in at 725g and the other at 780g. Very disappointing since this is used in an RC aircraft where weight can be critical to CG. Not sure what it says about QC.

They have good products and deliver fast. It can improve in packaging. The batteries are very well packed individually in a little box. Your order is than rapped in "bubble-plastic" but here is the thing that could improve. Instead of sending this as is, it would be better to use again a box to protect the plastic-bubble wrap. Drivers throw with them and once I had a battery damaged because of no outside box. But they give you a very good service. Mine was replaced! Take pictures before asking and they will send you a new one! Top!!
