My experience with Brian Barber was excellent. He helped me find a great option for final expense insurance and went above and beyond to make sure everything went through smoothly. Even after the fact I had missed a payment and he followed up to make sure I knew. Which I didn't and I'm grateful that he did. If I needed any other insurance Brian Barber is the only person I'd go through. He's very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and easy to get a hold of!

The Positive: What made this process great was the one on one attention I received with Anthony Martin. The fact I received call backs when I was told I would receive them. The Negative: I was expecting to answer health questions and I did with Anthony Martin. However I was unaware that I would receive another call to go over my personal information and health questions again by another representative. Why was that necessary???
Thanks for the honest feedback Lisa. We agree with your sentiments that it's redundant to first answer the questions with your agent only to have the insurance company reconfirm them. Just so you know, the insurance company has a process where they randomly select applicants to reconfirm the health questions because some agents don't ask them to each person. It's essentially a tool they use to weed out agents who don't follow the rules. Anyways, thanks again for the honest feedback, and never hesitate to call us if you need help with your policy.
Anthony made the application and follow up a great experience. Much difference than an earlier experience with another company where the individual was really a combative and hardsell representative.

At 70 years old, I finally got around to signing up for final expense insurance. Google search led me to Choice Mutual and within days, I signed up with Mutual of Omaha through their agent, Brian Barber. Any senior needed such insurance should go with Brian and Choice Mutual.
