An Excellent Total Customer Experience
When considering something as important as final expense or life insurance, it is important to know what options you have. I worked with Brian Barber, an agent who did the shopping around for me, and was able to present me with a couple a good choices. I liked the fact that I could make an appointment with a person at Choice Mutual, and not an online chatbot. My agent Brian was very knowledgable and guided me every step of the way to find a suitable product for my father. He explained in simple terms how life insurance for elderly people works, and the experience made me feel like I could make an informed decision about which company to go with. After the policy was issued he sent me a hand written letter with a magnet with his information for my fridge!! I think this is what did it for me. When a loved one passes away, everything becomes a blur and even if you are organized, the magnet on the fridge will help recalibrate you when the time comes. If you want someone who has exceptional follow-up, and great customer service without making you feel in anyway pressured, give Choice Mutual a call.

Choice Mutual, The Best Final Expense Insurance Agents
Taking out a policy through Choice Mutual was seamless from start to finish. You can get a price quote from the web site for the amount you are applying for from different insurers. Then an insurance agent will call and help you fill out an application without any sales pressure. Anthony was very polite and professional and answered all my questions and kept me updated with my application progress and notified me when it was approved. I highly recommend Choice Mutual for anyone looking for final expense insurance. They make the process easy!

This is the first time I have ever had to do anything like this. Working with Brian was so easy and comfortable. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions, and there were a lot. To me I felt he went far beyond to help me get my father life insurance when no one else wanted to help or suggest anything else. The whole process was quick and easy. I will keep your company in mind if I ever need more insurance. Definitely a 10 out of 10.
