Brain B ., is what made the whole experience well, it was hard for myself an husband at our age to put trust in someone an company to put money out when you both are on social security, an pinch money from month to month, but Brain could tell that we seemed a little scared I think, but his personal an professional way he conducted himself each to he followed up with us when we asked him an his checking in on us , to make sure we were ok an seeing if there was anything he could do for us, we were very thankful for Brain as our agent. Let me say first, I usually do not write reviews, however, the experience was very good so I wanted to. I was skeptical about doing this transaction on line, with Choice Mutual, but after doing a little research along with reading some of the reviews on Brian Barber, I decided to give it a try. He contacted me right away providing me with information for my review and inviting me to schedule time when I was ready to go forward. Brian was very patient, answering and providing more information to help me understand the policy, I felt no pressure. After I felt ok with it, I scheduled an appointment to complete the application . He walked me through the process and even after policy was issued he continued to communicate with me and assured me that he would be there in the future for any questions. Yes, it was a pleasure working with Brian.

Following my online inquiry, I was quickly contacted by a licensed agent, Brian Barber. I set up a telephone conversation with Brian, during which he answered all my questions and took my application. The rest of the process was completed online and I was approved within a day. My policy was available online within a day also. Brian followed up several times to make sure I had received all of the policy information, including a physical copy by mail. He made the entire process fast and easy. I'm very satisfied with my experience with Brian and Choice Mutual.
