To help us resolve this issue as quickly as possible, please contact our official customer service as soon as possible and provide the following information: Return tracking number and delivery confirmation information – so we can verify that the warehouse has received the goods; A screenshot or copy of your original return request email or communication record; Your billing information – so we can verify that the refund has been completed, but we have forgotten to check the billing information. Upon receiving these materials, we will conduct an internal review with our finance and warehouse teams within 5 business days. We will then inform you of the review results immediately. This company is a huge rip off
This company is a huge rip off. I Wanted to return a purchase and they told me I could accept a 99.00 refund if I wrote them a 5 star review! What kinda crap is that and their return policy is to ship it back to freakin China! Bought these for my 89 yr old mother to try and she didn’t like them nor could we get them to work properly. Hope you enjoy your $179.00 Chosgo you took it from an 89 yr old woman! Now you are accusing my 89 yr old mother of being uncooperative in your reply? Your product did not work for her and she wanted to return the hearing aids. You can ship your product from New Jersey but they have to be returned to China? Your offer for a 99.00 refund was made with the stipulation that I leave a 5 star review before the refund, that is un-ethical! I stand by my earlier review your company is a rip off! I have also filed complaints with my bank and CC company over your terrible customer service and products! 6/30/26 - My bank and CC company after looking at emails I forwarded agreed on this companies unethical practices and has refunded us the $179.00! Our customer service staff offered two solutions: Solution 1: Return them to the address we provide according to our return policy. Smallest Hearing Aids on the market
First. These hearing are very small. My hearing is much better with them. Secondly customer service advocates for the cudtomer and are very responsive.

The hearing aids I ordered were for my mother-in-law. They arrived quickly, worked well, came with easy to follow instructions, and multiple tips to ensure a good fit. Unfortunately my mother-in-law has one very narrow ear canal and we needed to return the hearing aids. The excellent customer service provided by email at Chosgo made this a problem free process.
