Excellent product and second to none customer service

I purchased these hearing aids hoping for real improvement, and they absolutely worked as proclaimed. The sound quality was clear and natural, conversations became much easier to understand, and they performed especially well in noisy environments. They were comfortable enough to wear throughout the day and proved to be reliable and easy to use. What impressed me just as much was the excellent customer service. The representatives were knowledgeable, patient, and quick to respond to any questions I had. The company truly stood behind its product, making the entire experience smooth and reassuring. It was refreshing to find a hearing aid that delivered honest results rather than exaggerated promises.

I do not recommend this company

I do not recommend this company. In my experience, they advertise a 45-day free trial and 100% money-back guarantee to attract customers, but when I tried to return the hearing aids, the return process was made extremely difficult. These products are often purchased by elderly people or their families, and I believe this practice is very misleading. Instead of honoring the advertised refund policy, they required me to ship the item to China at my own expense, even though it was shipped to me from Texas. They also offered only a $50 refund on a much more expensive product, but only if I first left them a 5-star review. In my opinion, this is a dishonest way to collect positive reviews and mislead elderly customers.

SmartR purchaing expeience

I found an ad on the Internet for the CHOSCO SmartR Hearing Aid that helped me understand its benefits for hearing improvement. The price was acceptable, so I bought it.

I sent to hearing aids back because they didn’t work three months ago they reviewed send my money back. I wouldn’t the company I would not purchase anything from them and I’d be quiet.

A Chinese First for me!

This was my first time communicating and doing business with China. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed and ease which made me feel more secure. Customer service was completely up to standard and the product reached Canada faster than it did inside Canada! I would certainly take CHOSGO into consideration for a future purchase.

I had a question about the fit for my ear , called and promptly got the info I needed. quick and easy customer service !!!!

Attentive Individualized Service

Customer service responded to me quickly, courteously, and attentively by text initially and then by email. My problem was that I could not use the hearing aide I received - an inside the ear model- because it was too large for my very small ear canals. It would fall out immediately even with the smallest tips. The representative directed me to Chosgo's smallest devices and offered to replace the large model with a different smaller aide for just the additional charge of shipping without the need to return the ill fitting one (which I am to donate to a needy hearing impaired senior.) I am so hopeful the small unit will fit but if it does not, Chosgo has reassured me they will make it right with a refund.

I bought a hearing aid

I bought a hearing aid. It did not work. I wrote to get a refund. Got an offer for another hearing aid. I did not accept it. By offering the other hearing aid, you avoided sending me a return address. I maile it to the shipping address, but no refund was given beecause I did not follow your fine print. To me that is a convenient way of stealing.
