I bought the Chosgo SmartU hearing aids. There are many settings to customize your hearing aids. Even a hearing test to customize them to your hearing condition. All this sounds great. If only they worked the way you wanted. When the hearing aids are customized to the way I want they change back to the way they were before in minutes sometimes seconds. I’m constantly pulling out my cellphone to go on the app and change the settings again. I stopped wearing my Chosgo hearing aids and returned to wearing my over the ear hearing aids that I got from my audiologist.

Fast Shipping Great Support Great web site. Hearing with the new hearing aids is different at first but they explain on the website it takes time for the brain to process the changes and your hearing is clearer the longer you wear them.

I got an immediate response when I had questions about settings. They gave me suggestions for all environments, (watching tv, being outdoors, etc). Not only that, they checked in after to make sure their suggestions were working for me. They customer service is very caring and responsive.

I’ve been using the CHOSGO K23 Bluetooth Hearing Aids regularly, and they’ve been a great addition to my daily life. The sound quality is clear and well-balanced, making it much easier to understand conversations. Connecting them to my phone via Bluetooth was quick and effortless. I really enjoy being able to answer calls and stream music directly through the hearing aids. They’re lightweight, comfortable for long hours, and very user-friendly. Overall, they’ve made everyday listening much more enjoyable and stress-free.

I purchased the K23 OTC hearing aids
I purchased the K23 OTC hearing aids. They worked well but I was having feedback issues with my right ear. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful providing suggestions regarding different ear pieces. I loved the blutooth functionality for listening to music and answering call. I was still having issues sealing the unit to stop feedback. (I think it must be my right ear.) Customers service suggest I upgrade to the SmartU, which became affordable when they applied the cost of the K23 to to price. I'll write a second review once the SmartU arrives.
