Hello the delivery was fine but the website to order products has been a nightmare for me. I have tried to get a phone number to be able to speak to a human beeing and be coached to buy. I sent an e mail through the contact space but got no answer. The products are for a female friend so I cannot comment on the quality.

I received an email yesterday telling…
I received an email yesterday telling me that the first parcel had been delivered but there was nothing in my email box and exactly the same thing for the second parcel. It turns out that the parcels were dropped off at a completely different address which has absolutely nothing to do with mine and which is nowhere near my home. Luckily, the person living at this address looked up my address and came to drop off the parcels! Your delivery service is a disgrace! I almost never received my order.

To understand how to choose the good treatment, the line or the mix who is possible between the different lines like Christophe Robin proposes.
My experience is a satisfaction. The videos are for me very importants to explain and show application etc and the result. Presentation of cosmetics is luxurious and the texture of the mask is of quality, and I love yours scents . Delivery is fast too in France. Yours offers by mail are interesting . Estelle Lefébure made me discover your brand. Last time, I've tryed your monoi night oil, so perfect (for all kind of hairs, finds and thicks) when we live near the seaside and on the sun. I ordered a gift pack from GMA which included a full size volumising paste, and small conditioner and a small leave in spray. The rose scent is divine but the paste did not work at all. It left my hair dry and tangled.
I tried to return the product but got the run around. I wrote several emails and each customer service representative asked for something different. Ultimately they said they could not find my order. Mind you, they had my name, address, order number, date of purchase, cc info and reason for return. What more could I provide?
I would feel differently if the company advertised no returns, but they did not. I followed the rules, why can’t they?
Ultimately I gave up in frustration.

Ordering and delivery was fine. I love the products that I used to by at my Hair dresser, but he doesn’t have them any longer. And they are best for volumizing and keeping my blond hair shiny.
