I have been using Christophe Robin shampoos for many years and they work wonderfully on my hair. Yes they are somewhat expensive but there is not need to use much.
I recently experienced an issue with the delivery of my on-line order, and the customer service was quite responsive.

Poor customer Service
I have not had a positive customer service experience. A lot of back and forth nonsense with no results. I was charged an international fee but it came from Kentucky. I complained and received nothing but the run around. Products came today with one opened which leaked all over the other products. Brought it to customer service attention with no result. No phone number to call. Do yourself a favor and order the same product thru Amazon. I personally am done with Christophe Robin web site and their poor customer service,

Worst Customer Service
I had worst customer service experience with Christophe Robin Paris. I placed an order on Nov. 13, through FedEx tracking, I found the order was derived to a wrong address in different state. I wanted to call customer service, but there is no US number to call, only a foreign country number. I have write message to them through their website site, the customer service will replay to the message next day. After back and forth to answer their repeated questions, I asked them just look at the Fedex tracking, it is painfully obviously that the package has been delivery to wrong place. The customer service ignored that, wanted me to send a Non-Receipt-Goods-Form. Whenever I upload the form, their system will automatically start a new claim. I have been dealt with customer service for over a week for refund, and no result. Never buy from this company again! Horrible customer service!
