The experience was almost perfect . Indeed, I didn't understand very well why I didn t have the 5 samplers of products as it was promised when you sent more than 35€.
For the quality of the products, I can’t answer for the moment since I didn t receive them yet

I placed my order on 8th September and still nothing delivered. I've sent over 30 messages, filled out 2 reimbursement forms, send my address twice, and still it's now 30th October and I have neither my order or a refund. Thankfully, I have a lawyer in the family so will start legal action despite this being incredibly petty and a total waste of my time, as it seems the only way to get my money back.
So now another parcel has been sent to the wrong address and I can't get a refund until that is returned to the company. How is this acceptable?!

No Customer Service, No channel to be reached out, No response, No follow-up, Risky merchant
I placed an order directly on CR website recently, at the same time of placing order I received a confirmation email from CR with my address, which is the same and only address of mine that I entered for every single purchase I make online.
After two days, I received another email from CR to notify “order dispatched”, the estimated delivery date is the 4th or 5th day.
On the 4th day since placing the order, I checked the shipment status from my CR account, the carrier updated the progress as “return”. By paying attention to the shipment updates, I notice that the driver was not far from my destination, but instead of delivering the parcel, for some reasons the driver returned the order.
To be sure, on the 5th day I checked the shipment through the link CR provided to me, surprisingly I received total different shipment information, the driver marked as “delivered”. When I realize they tried to cover up the updates and nobody called me even I have my mobile number listed, I decided to contact CR team. Here comes why I gives CR 1 star:
I follow CR guideline respectively by sending a message to ask for help, Simone replied me asking for DOR form. I replied Simone, but instead of Simone, Nqobile replied me with another DOR form standard message. I uploaded the DOR form to count on Nqobile solving my problem. But instead of Nqobile, Traci replied me saying my address is different. When I asked for an explanation, instead of Traci, Shandesa replied me with the same DOR form standard email.
So far, by solving this problem, there are 5 different people sending the same template email but solving nothing.
No matter how good the CR products are, but the customer service is definitely a hustle. They do not have proper customer service channel to take care of the customers, they are very difficult to be reached. I trusted them by spending money with them, but I did not receive any respect and discreet treatment.
So far, I am still trying to solve this problem that I do not know how.
So I write this review to share with all of you, nowadays we have so many brands to choose from, so do your homework before you place the order, once the money is out, you are by yourself.
