Got my Z Fold 7, and I'm so excited 🤩🤩🤩. Customers service are also very responsive, and have answered to all my queries👏👏👏. Definitely worth to deal with👍👍👍. All is well and good except the logistics courier as I have noted with Cinch that I preferred the delivery time should be anytime after 4pm, but the logistics courier insisted to deliver between 1pm - 5pm or else I can self collect 🤦♂️😑. Thus, I have to apply leave and waited till around 3.30pm to receive the device 🙄😒. So anyone wanted a specific timing for your delivery, you can forget it. It will not be accommodate to.

I have been subscribing to Cinch for a few months and I am really happy with my Samsung s24. The customer experience team was really helpful answering all my questions before I committed and the delivery arrived on time.

Extremely unfair post sales experience
The sales rep was very helpful in trying to put the order through. However, the received device was defective (the back cover was dislodged entirely), and I was told to pay up for the repair cost although the fault was already present when I received the device. The only options I had were to return or pay for the repair. Not a good first time experience. UPDATE: another rep reached out on the same day to apologize for the negative experience, and clarified that no payment is required for a repair of the faulty device. This is appreciated, but I would urge customers to carefully consider before proceeding to rent older devices from Cinch.

the worst finance manager that i spoken…
the worst finance manager that i spoken to. Call as manager but cant behave. waiting for ceo or any higher management to call me 88896533. i will lay out all the evidence against their so call finance manager. To people outside there. Do not take item from them. When there is problem with the device they cant be bother. so whoevwr the higher management who tead this pls call me.
Need to wait 2 weeks to get the phone
The system deducts the money on 2 may but show that the phone is on the way but up till 5 may still don’t have any new so I contacted them and they say it’s will take 2 weeks to deliver. In your website show that it’s only take 3 to 5 working day how come I need to wait for 2 week ? It’s was so unfair because the monthly is on the 2nd of the month and yet still haven’t get the phone. Really bad customer service and also the system
Early payment still gets your phone locked
Do not pay early The system locked my phone twice in 2 days as the payment was not reflected in the system . Eventhogh I have uploaded manual payment and updates them it still got lock. Really frustrating
Trying to purchase a Samsung phone
Trying to purchase a Samsung phone. Unfortunately the version I preferred was unavailable. Nevertheless happy wif the quick replies from Cinch. And will certainly want to look for other items to buy from them.
