We originally booked the tour for Alcatraz but it was cancelled the morning of our afternoon scheduled tour. I received an email only a few hours before we were planning to leave for the city. I called and was given the choice to get a refund or could schedule the city boat tour which we did. That tour was only $17 less and it was a mediocre tour to say the least. Nothing like the Alcatraz tour which we have done years ago. :(

FIRST I WAS TO THANK" COVAN" representative for City Cruise " The Sprit of Washington " I'm not sure if I am spelling his name correctly or not. He represented and did his job beyond outstanding 100% with our reservation, making sure my every wish was his command. The atmosphere was great "THE Red Hot Babes " a chapter of the Red hat society showed up and turned out. The food was good Hats of to chief Walter and all the lunch servers, The "DJ" , as well as entirer crew on and of the Spirite of Washington Thank you for the well deserved experience.

The process for boarding was efficient. The trip was fabulous! Every American should visit Liberty Island and Ellis Island, if at all possible!

our original booking was to go to alcatraz, and was cancelled a week before our trip. we rebooked to do the boat tour and when we arrived to check in we learned that the boat tour was also cancelled. never got an email stating that it was cancelled. we waited local to the pier because we didn't want to venture too fair and accidentally miss the arrival time. so to find out that the tour was cancelled was a disappointment.
