Over the past several years we have purchased and refinanced several our homes several times. EVERY time we used Andy with Citywide Home Loans the process was absolutely painless (the only reason we ever did not use him was because we refinanced before our 6 month period was up). We would absolutely use Citywide over and over and over again and 100% recommend Andy for all your finance needs.
Robert Buchanan was thorough, fast, answered all of my questions, was patient and even researched new programs to help me gain access to funding. He spent time to run numbers with me so that I was able to see what I could actually afford, not just on paper, but with my lifestyle. I was very impressed with his ethics, other lenders encouraged cutting corners which would have caused me to get into an unaffordable situation but Mr. Buchanan is honest and straightforward. It was refreshing and easy to work with him.

Working with Citywide representative Jeff England was a pleasure. We considered going with another company and it seemed to never end, after three weeks we gave up. Citywide has the right person in Jeff. Jeff was excellent in his guidance through the whole process, staying with us the whole time and explaining what was needed and why. Bruce at citywide was very helpful and quick to respond to texts and emails. The only strange thing out of all of it, and this is I’m sure because of COVID-19, is that we never met in person. I did get to know Bruce and his team over the phone and was comfortable talking with them and sending them my information. I would definitely recommend citywide to everyone.

Our refinance loan service with Citywide Home Loan was excellent. The loan Officer, Joel Stice, was very clear in explaining the whole application and approval process. He checked in at different stages of the application to ask us if we had questions. Emails or voice mail reminders were sent to us when critical documents and signatures were needed. It made the complicated steps less stressful. We appreciated his advocacy for us in different areas so we could maintain the quoted interest rate. Customer services were supreme. We would return to the company for future loans.
