There is no customer service. The response time by email is abysmal. They do not provide any delivery time and the process time for an order is lengthy. I believe this organization is a scam. I cancelled my order an hour after it was placed as no delivery date was provided. A week later they sent me an email that the item had been processed and could not be canceled. I simply disputed the charge on my credit card and did not accept delivery.

This company is a scam. The products provided are of poor quality. My embroidered corduroy jacket was cheap printed material and clearly not the product pictured on the website. It took a very long time before my item shipped (because of the hand made nature of the garment). Yet another rip-off Chinese merchant, probably best to avoid them all.

A product was delivered, it is very poor quality. I did not look at other reviews prior to my order, big mistake. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM "Cklinen". I am writing this off as very poor judgement on my part. As it was part of my-own Xmas present, I have to accept. Very poor quality, pictures are great, presentation is good. Product is crap. Personal opinion, the four and five stars are not real, based on how bad this product is.

Cklinen is a fraudulent company pure and simple. They advertise nice looking clothing and send you something that does not even closely resemble what you ordered. They will not even discuss a return. Save your money, time and frustration and don’t order from this group of criminals.

I was had. They took my money and the goods were not worth a £ $, let alone the miles in fuel it took to reach my home. Once in receipt, its very difficult to find a reason to complain. You then like me have to prove that no goods were sent. One size fits all. Its the question that should set alarm bells.STOP TAKE A BREAK AND SKIP THE SITE
The merchandise you will receive from CKLINEN will look nothing like the images on their website. You'll get a thin polyester hoodie with a cheap print that barely resembles what you thought you were buying. Beware.
I bought one of their cool zipper up sweat jackets. I never got the jacket. They sent me a ridiculous email that said "Your address is incorrect." Total lie. I get mail/packages to my address all the time domestically and internationally with zero problems.
I wrote them back saying they are wrong and then they sent me email saying that "since we could not deliver your item the item was discarded by the mail carrier" (???!!!) Do you know of any carrier that throws out a package that cannot be delivered??? What any legitimate carrier would do is return it to sender.
I wrote them back again calling them out on this absurd response from them. Then they sent me another email saying "Your purchase was refunded." Lie. I called my credit card company and they said I was never refunded by "CKLinen."
I applied to dispute the charge with my credit card company and they refunded me.
What is the lesson here? This company is a scam and don't buy anything from them. I should have read reviews on them before buying.
Ordered a xmas hoodie, the one on the website looked great, embroidered nice quality the one I got was a printed piece of rubbish you could spit through not happy.

Discounts are a complete con. I was supposed to get 20% discount with code BLACK20. I selected an item, put in the code and was told I must buy 2 items. So I selected another item but was then blocked out of the 20% discount because I was locked into a 10% discount on the second item. I should also have got a 10% discount as a new customer but that disappeared. Don't get sucked in by fake discounts.
