Read the reviews here. I would have thought twice before ordering from them if I had. Glad I did not read the reviews here because I can say I am happy with my experience. Did it take a while to arrive? Yes. Of course, it did. It is coming from China. I have plenty of experience ordering product from China and I know it is not going to arrive overnight like something ordered from Amazon. Quality of shirts are not high end. Then again, I am not paying $100 for a shirt so what I got is in line with what I paid for. I see same reviews saying emails are not being responded to. I sent them 6 emails, from inquiring about the status or my order; to the issue below; to acknowledging the resolution to my issue below. Every email I sent them was responded to within 24 hours. Which is impressive considering the 13 hour time difference. Had an issue with one of the shirts I ordered. Reached out to them. They offered me a discount. When I asked them to ship me a new shirt, they did. At no cost to me. I would order from them again.

I made an order for a few shirts. I then had a bad feeling and remembered I should have read some reviews and what I found was terrible. My order sat waiting to be shipped for a few days and then I emailed them and asked when it would be shipped and I got a quick reply that my items would be shipped within 48 hours. In about 24 hours the site showed my order to be shipped and they sent me the tracking info for the sketchy 718 or whatever Chinese tracking site and for about three weeks I watched the tracking and saw what looked like legitimate movement. When the site said it was at my local post office I checked my mail the next day and my shirts had arrived. Very cheap and thin shirts but the price was cheap too. I can’t gripe, I got what I ordered. I’ve ordered items from china before and surprisingly these were slightly quicker.

Well ... I don't know what to say ... I placed an order on July 8th for two mens' shirts and a pair of shorts that I saw from ads on my YouTube feed. Visa card was billed immediately by an address in Great Britain. By July 24th I had not received a shipping notice, even though the Cklinen website says that orders usually ship in 7 days, and that a shipping notice would be sent -- so I sent an email to the link on their website. Got back a generic "please be patient while your order is be processed ..." and a screenshot of a Chinese tracking website -- "track718.us". Trustpilot has over 950 recent, completely negative, reviews of "track718.us" which state that it is an impersonation of another tracking site, that the tracking info is fake, and the package never arrives. So I called my Visa credit card number and reported the transaction as a probable fraud. And yet, here it is 27 days after I ordered, one day after I sent in the fraud report forms to my credit union's Visa card customer service, and the package showed up with the daily USPS mail delivery. The fabric of the shirts and the pair of shorts is very lightweight, very thin, polyester ... but the order has the correct items and sizes, and the shirts were only $25 each ... so ... my order did come through after nearly a month (and just 3 days before the Visa card deadline for sending in the fraud forms) I don't think I'll be a return customer
This site is a rebrand of a different scam site using AI images which has already been taken down for theft. Do not buy from this company. You will be throwing your money away. Government seriously needs to investigate and arrest these scammers.

Its been a month since I ordered my items and they have not yet arrive. I think it is way too long. If you want a winter outfit, you better buy it in the spring. Update, its been almost 2 months and my package has not arrive, I think this website might be a scam website
