The company has been helpful although I was out of town and made a 500 dollar order and had the address for shipping to my employer because I was going to be out of town when it was to be delivered. Long story short short it was my first purchase with you and I payed for it with my credit card it went through the the next day I was contacted that beings it was my first time purchasing and I wasn't shipping it to my house I had to pay by Pay Pal or a wire transfer from my back. Well I don't have pay Pay so I went to my bank and done a wire transfer that cost me 20 bucks which really pissed me off and it was 2 days later for the shipment to be shipped and I had to return the rear view mirror because it would not work for my application which I put back in original packaging too to post office mailed it back with a return authorization number. It was 120 bucks and the money still hasn't been returned back to my card. So I'm not the happiest with my experience so far. And yes I have bought a lot of other items since. But still waiting on my return of money.
Packaging is crucial and I always get high-quality parts and good condition with classic industries they made to exceed OEM standards and I love doing business with them.

Ordered shoulder harness belt from…
Ordered shoulder harness belt from Classic. Showed up and the buckle side of the belt was to short to actual be able to put belt together without the seat skid all way to back. Once seat was in position to drive comfortably you then couldn’t unlatch the belt as it was between side of seat back and console. I contacted Classic Ind. They didn’t do anything to make it right. I had to go directly to the manufacturer and they got me sorted out. It cost me an extra $130 US above and beyond the initial price from a classic.
