A simple mistake while placing an order, went South in a hurry. But not as quickly as them removing the money from my Credit Card. I tried to explain the what's and why's of the mistake but their understanding was not to be had! I ordered a bag but when the total cost on the receipt was not as I expected, I realized that they had not added the extra cost of monograming. I was trying to do the right thing by bringing this to their attention. Big mistake!!! Instead of receiving one bag with the monogram I intended to have, I was sent and charged for 2. An expense I really am not in the position to absorb. When I tried to explain the error, someone replied back with, " I will discuss this issue with our team to see if we can figure out a way to deal with this and, I will get back to you. Surprise-suprise, no one ever responded back. Today I received 2 identical bags. 1 monogramed and 1 not. Apparently with this company, it's, " Profits above Customer Service ". I all ready have responded to your unhelpful reply to my first review requesting that I provide you with order numbers and other information concerning my initial complaint. That was about 1 month. And still still you have not responded. You all are a bunch of untrustworthy liars! Playing this merry-go-round game with you isn't worth my effort to ever receive any thing closely resembling customer care or truthfulness! You just keep dragging this on until the customer (me), tires frum putting up with you CHUMPS. I will probably die before any fair or honest resolve will ever happen

This was no doubt the worst online shopping experience I’ve had so far. I ordered a briefcase on January 24. It was delivered on March 3. That’s six weeks, i.e. five weeks longer than promised on the website. During this time I contacted customer service. Their communication was lousy. The lady there told me that there were production problems with the particular briefcase I had ordered. I then changed my order to another briefcase since I really needed one. I was promised that the new bag was to be delivered roughly within a week. But time passed and it never showed up. Instead the briefcase which allegedly had production problems arrived on March 3. By then I had gotten so tired of this company and its awful customer service that I wanted nothing to do with them or their products. More importantly, the bag I had received was not at all what I had expected. It had a “cheap” touch to it. I wrote to the company that I wanted to make a return. The lady at the customer service replied that since the original briefcase had been delivered I couldn’t make a return. The company’s terms clearly state that returns can be made within 30 days of receiving the briefcase. Well, mine took six weeks to reach me so I didn’t have much chance. Finally the company accepted my return, but I had to send the briefcase to a factory in India. The costs involved for this was the equivalent of roughly half the briefcase’s price. I never would have dared writing this review before I had my money back. Classy Leather Bags is not a trustworthy company. Stay away.

I was happy at the beginning because the backpack is beautiful, I bought it in february for San Valentine but just used it today on a trip to Spain and surprised just got the airport one handle broke down. Pure bad quality, order CLB68088. The answer my bad review almost a month after and only offered 20-30% of refund of a rotten product. Disgusting. People, dont buy here , pay attention to reviews, so many bad reviews is fir a reason. At the end lost money and lost the bag.

I need a new purse. I searched the Internet for a week, but nothing was found. And then I searched with different terms and on arrival at your page, I saw two that I thought might be suitable. I looked at the first bag and it wasn't what I needed. But then I clicked on the second page, and as soon as I saw the color, and scrolled up the page, I knew I had found it. Oh my, it is beautiful. Just the right color and I love it. I have been checking on it ever since Thursday and can't wait for it to be handed over so shipment can take place. I will give another review after I receive it. Can't wait for delivery.

I ordered a leather satchel bag from this company and thd quality surpassed all my expectations. The rich leather is beautiful - soft but strong. The hardware is also absolutely first class. Customer service was also outstanding. My bag too a few weeks to deliver but Customer service responded to my queries within a day, sometimes within hours. Highly recommended

I bought a Buffalo Leather Pilot Bag on February 20th, but I never received anything. The tracking number is fake, and the product has never been posted! TOTAL SCAM!

I've had a great experience with my purchase from classy leather bags. My enquiry about the strap of the Astoria tote was promptly answered and I proceeded with my purchase. The bag arrived, free postage, quite quickly considering I live in New Zealand! I am thrilled with the bag and my sister liked it so much that she wanted one too! Unfortunately, they were out of stock but when I contacted Classy leather, they made one available. Very helpful. The bag itself is exactly as pictured, large and stylish - very sturdy. Also, incredibly good value for money! I didn't know what goat leather would be like but it's great, strong and a darkish colour, with a pleasant leather smell. Overall, I am delighted with my experience and purchase from this company and highly recommend them .

Very disappointing experience. The service is not customer-oriented at all, and the whole process has been unnecessarily long with many emails and no proper resolution. I am still waiting for my refund. The quality of the backpack is also poor and does not justify the price. I would have preferred to return it, but customers should be aware that returns have to be sent to India, which leads to extremely high shipping costs!!! Overall, a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company.

company was dishonest with the customers. after 4 months, FedEx send me the bill for tax, customs and other duties of the shipment from manufacturer in India. I order the bag in USA not from India.
