This company oversells and underperforms on both delivery times and client communication. Although the product, when eventually received is ok, I personally would not recommend or order from them again. I’m now expecting an AI response!!!!

Purchased a backpack 3 or 4 years ago. Alot of travel it’s aged beautifully and zipper still works despite excessive wear & tear from overpacking it a few times. Just received my duffel today and the quality feels just as dependable. May last a lifetime with care & repairs?

This company has misleading information…
This company has misleading information on their website regarding the quality of the bags and shipping time. In addition, the customer service for trying to resolve an issue of receiving a stained bag is ridiculous. I purchased a bag in May and still haven’t received a resolution (online chat only) for them sending me a stained bag and it’s been over a month. The person I am chatting with answers or responds in 1-2 days of me asking or responding to their questions. If the bag didn’t take 3 weeks to arrive, didn’t come stained with oil splatters and I could get answers from the customer service chat right away I would have given 3 stars. Leather is extremely stiff.

Good things take time
Good things take time. And this product is well worth it. From minor delays with shipping I was constantly kept up to date. Every email I sent was answered. Great customer service. And then the bag arrived. Very stylish. Comes with extra strap inside. Highly recommend for your travel requirements.

The bag itself isn't bad per se.
The bag itself isn't bad per se. The leather quality is good. However, the same cannot be said about the inner lining which feels very cheap. Same with the buckles, the website mentions brass buckles and studs. Which unfortunately is not true as the buckles are buckle and only the studs are brass. The site also mentions YKK zippers, which again.... Is false as they use zippers by SUN made by the company Asun based in India, where their tanneries are also supposed to be (as it was shipped from India by FedEx)

Faulty Briefcase and Poor Customer Service. Wouldn’t buy from them if you can avoid it
I ordered a briefcase from Classy Leather Bags and was extremely disappointed. The clasp and zip both failed to work properly from the moment I received it. I emailed the company immediately and sent photos showing the issues. Instead of resolving the problem, they repeatedly asked for more evidence which was impossible to provide, as the faults occurred intermittently. Despite my efforts, they refused to replace the bag, leaving me stuck with a defective product. The quality and customer service were both unacceptable. I would not recommend buying from this company. Update 16/06/26: Their conduct has gone from disappointing to downright disgraceful. Even after receiving crystal‑clear photos proving the item is faulty, they kept stalling with pointless demands for videos, as if wasting more of my time would magically fix their shoddy workmanship. They’re now flat-out refusing to replace a defective product they know is unusable, hiding behind excuses instead of honouring even the most basic standards of customer care. The service is evasive, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of integrity. This is a company that takes your money, delivers rubbish, and then does everything possible to avoid accountability. Avoid them at all costs the quality is terrible, the aftercare is non-existent, and the attitude is appalling. 20/06/26 - Now contesting this with my credit card company as the bag is more or less useless now. I don’t feel comfortable walking around city with it opening so often on its own. I would avoid this company

I am very disappointed with my purchase from Classy Leather Bags. The backpack I received did not match my expectations in terms of color, finish, and overall craftsmanship. The quality felt significantly lower than what was presented on the website. As a customer in Germany, I was also required to pay an additional €20.76 in import charges and customs-related fees to FedEx before receiving the package. Now, in order to return the item, I have to pay approximately €25 for shipping it back to India at my own expense. This means that even after receiving a full refund for the backpack, I will still lose a substantial amount of money due to customs charges and return shipping costs. The company did agree to accept the return, and I appreciate that. However, the combination of disappointing product quality, unexpected import fees, and expensive international return shipping makes this a purchase I regret. Based on my experience, I would not order from this company again.

they received a 5-star rating, as a person who travels quite a bit I like stye and quality in my gear. this bag meets all my requirements I have a tendency to over pack, and this bag takes it and asked for more had its first plane ride and came out with flying colors. it takes the throwing by baggage handlers and the like! VERY GOOD LOOKING WELL MADE BAG

Shipping is taking to long
Shipping is taking to long. Tried to cancel the order after I placed it but was told already shipped. Not happy at all! Already took trip and had to buy another bag. Update! Got the bag took way too long to receive came from overseas! The packaging was a joke it was shipped a plastic bag so it really was not protected and caused it to get marks on during shipping. Save your money! I totally regret this purchase.

Poor quality certainly not good leather as advertised
Longer wait. Poor quality can get same bag on Temu. Plastic not leather looking. Tied on zips fall off. Would not recommend certainly not hand made. Zip on back poorly inserted.

Don't buy from this website
I placed an order on May 3, and received an update. It's shown the package has been shipped with an USPS tracking. As of today (May 12), the shipping status still indicated 'pre-shipment label' created. The last email from Customer Service said that they will need to look into it. Is this an legitimate business? Update: as of today May 14, it's 10 days since I placed the ordered. I just realized that they changed the order status to 'shipped', so the payment went through. When I requested the shipping status, it stayed on 'shipping label created'. Please don't buy anything from this website. My payment is gone, but there is no bag I ordered.
