I purchased a crossbody leather bag at a reasonable price. A few week after I received a bill from Fed-ex for a balance of $20.80. It was for the end of the " de minimis exemption" for packages unit $800.00. I e-mailed Classy leather bags and was provided with an explanation of the additional charges associated with my purchase. " Business Responsibilities
Notification of Changes: "Businesses are now required to inform customers that all international shipments will incur duties and taxes. This includes providing clear information about potential additional charges at the point of sale." I was unaware of this possibility at the time of service .

I read the 1 star reviews. I don’t know what they got but I ordered the 28 inch duffle bag. It is very good quality. Beautiful piece. The quality must depend on the individual that makes it. I’m satisfied and would buy again.

Ordered 13 December and given a delivery date 22nd Dec. Nothing turned up. Thought would leave a day as running late with deliveries - nothing. Emailed 6 times and I threatened to ask my bank not to process the payment then lo and behold an email comes in apologising saying they will send me another at no more money.
People need to be wary!! I’ve now no money to buy another present this was my only present for my hub so I have nothing now. Not fair!!!
So upset and won’t buy from there ever again

Emailed twice with no response
Emailed twice with no response. Contacted BBB and waiting to see if a response comes. Completely fake looking leather bag with scratches. Buttons on bag don’t match, zippers are different. Where the bag is scratched and has imperfections, there looks to be silver shiny (resembles a silver sharpie) coming through. Very disappointed that nobody has even tried to reach out. I would like a full refund as what you all sent was nothing like what was ordered in your picture. Looks like a knockoff leather.

I ordered a black messenger cross body. The strap was not leather and had very poor edgings. The main flap magnets pieces were not aligned so it wouldn’t close properly. I didn’t get any order or payment confirmation so I had to go through long email conversations with the company, first to get delivery and then for the return process.
Long story short, they won’t take the product back and only give 20% refund for a product that’s not only poor finish but also functionally misaligned.
Very bad experience
