When I signed up I was somewhat apprehensive being that the energy was supposedly "green" sourced yet it was one of the best prices available at that time. My experience has been excellent as they have delivered as advertised. No problems! As long as price is competitive, I will stay with them.

It’s very easy to sign up for this energy company. Price is lower than any other company I could have used. Don’t be fooled by commercials or politicians about how solar, wind, etc. are more expensive & all their other bs lies. Reliable & helping the environment for your grandchildren should be good reasons for everyone.

I received unsolicited and misleading junk mail from Clean Choice. At first I thought it was my current energy provider because mail form has my current energy provider's name clearly visible as the sender before opening the letter. It appeared to be a simple authorization form to permit my current provider to switch me over to clean energy. In reality it's an authorization to switch away from my current energy provider over to Clean Choice. Very misleading and devious practice. I decided to look them up and I see many reviews complaining about sudden 300% rate hikes after the first year. Seems like this company loves using misleading marketing tactics because their rates are too high to rely on good faith advertising or word of mouth.

I signed up with Clean Choice in 2022 when the rate was reasonable. Myself and my family have been drowning in the electric bill lately and I dove into it. Turns out they are charging . 37/kwh. Ppl charges . 13/kwh right now. 3x is crazy! My bills have been 900 and I can't feed my children because of the electric being threatened to turn off constantly. I'm in shock and can't even begin to describe how taken advantage I feel. DO NOT sign up, they will take you for all your worth.

100% sustainably produced electricity. Other power providers provide some sustainable, some fossil-fuel generated electricity. Seamless delivery of power, fixed price per kilowatt-hour for 2yr.
After your initial fixed rate contract ends, you get bumped onto a variable rate plan that will continue to increase. I just noticed that I am paying 3X per KWH than my actual electric company charges and when I called to cancel or get a better price, they tell me I have to wait 1-2 months for the cancelation to process and in the mean time I will continue to pay that 3X rate.
I don't even know who I pay anymore for my electric too much bull shit mail. I know I am Over getting mail from them.
Bait and switch pricing. Ended up paying triple what Peco was charging.
They claimed that the bill would be lower, and it wasn't. It was well over the normal billing rate. It was easy to remove, but it's all under false pretenses. I actually get a better rate from my current electric supplier over them. So yeah don't use them. Also I have asked to be removed from their mailing list, and email list, and still get the constant harassment that I now line a kitty liter box with. So yeah garbage.
