What reviewers say

AI generated

Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Many consumers find that the platform acts as an all-in-one solution, centralizing tasks, documents, and communications, which significantly boosts productivity and clarity across their teams. Reviewers appreciate the platform's high degree of customization, allowing people to adapt views and workflows exactly to their unique processes, while powerful features like AI assistants are also helping to speed up daily work. However, some customers mentioned that the interface can be complex and overwhelming initially, and a few reviewers experienced specific issues such as synchronization errors between mobile and PC, or noticing ads appearing within the product after five years of use. Other people also felt that some fundamental expectations, such as the reliability of basic features or the usability of certain configuration areas, were not met.

ClickUp for Marketing and Events Agencies

I work at a marketing and events agency (Agência+) where I manage multiple clients simultaneously, ranging from industrial companies to international trade shows. Before ClickUp, every client had a different spreadsheet, and no one had a clear view of what was happening. Today, ClickUp is the backbone of our operation. We use it to map event production processes, manage client requests, track our team's workload, and integrate everything with Google Calendar and Outlook so we never miss a deadline. The Spaces > Folders > Lists hierarchy allows me to organize each client (Vergaplast, Codinter, Marposs, Dardi, and others) while maintaining a complete view of the business. ClickUp Brain has become an essential part of my workflow. It helps me find information across projects, generate updates, and even brainstorm solutions. It's like having an AI assistant that understands the entire context of our workspace. If you run an agency managing multiple clients at the same time, I honestly haven't found a better tool.

ClickUp brought structure to our entire marketing department

As CMO, I lead a team of content marketers, performance marketers, and a creative team, and before ClickUp our planning was scattered across spreadsheets, Slack threads, and separate documents. Since fully switching to ClickUp, we finally have one central place for campaign management, content calendars, and approval workflows. The custom dashboards give me an instant overview of every campaign's progress, and the automations have saved us hours per week on status updates. What I especially appreciate is how easily marketing connects with other departments like sales and product, making launches run more smoothly. There is a learning curve for new team members and not every integration works flawlessly, but the ease with which we now report to the rest of management more than makes up for that. For any marketing team looking for more clarity and less tool overload, I can genuinely recommend ClickUp.

I've been the lead admin for ClickUp at our agency, responsible for the entire workspace setup — custom fields, permissions, automations, dashboards, and recurring task logic — and overall it's been a very positive experience. The level of customization is genuinely impressive: once you understand the logic behind spaces, folders, and custom fields, you can build a system that fits almost any workflow, from client campaign management to internal process documentation. That said, the learning curve is steep if you're setting things up from scratch without much guidance. I had to build our own onboarding materials (videos, slides, a knowledge base) just to get the rest of the team comfortable, because ClickUp's own onboarding didn't cover the more advanced configuration options in enough depth. Automations are powerful but can behave unpredictably if you're not careful with triggers, and some permission settings aren't as intuitive as they should be for teams with junior and senior roles mixed together. Overall, if you have the time (or a dedicated person) to configure it properly, ClickUp becomes an extremely capable tool. It's not plug-and-play, but the payoff is worth it.

The all-in-one workspace that actually delivers I've been using ClickUp for project management across multiple teams, and it's genuinely replaced 4-5 other tools for us. Task management, docs, chat, dashboards, and now their AI (Brain) ties it all together. The customization is unmatched: custom fields, multiple views, automations, and the hierarchy system lets you organize work however your brain works. Is there a learning curve? Sure. But once you're in, nothing else comes close. The team ships updates constantly and actually listens to the community. Easily the best productivity platform I've used.

I've had a great experience using ClickUp for managing HR and operational workflows. It helps keep tasks, documents, and communication organized in one place, making collaboration much easier. I especially like ClickUp Brain, notifications, and the ability to customize workflows to fit our processes. While there is a learning curve because of the many features, it's a powerful platform that has improved our team's productivity and organization.

ClickUp has become an essential part of my work

ClickUp has become an essential part of my workflow. It helps me stay organized, manage deadlines, and keep track of multiple tasks in one place. My favorite feature is the ability to mention teammates directly within tasks, making collaboration simple and keeping communication organized. Overall, it's an intuitive and reliable tool that makes project management much more efficient.

Game changer for QA workflows and task management!

ClickUp has completely transformed how I organize test suites, track bugs, and manage sprints. The addition of ClickUp Brain and Super Agents makes it effortless to generate validation guides and search through project specs without context switching. The interface is modern, intuitive, and keeps everything our team needs in one single space. Highly recommend it to any software development or QA team!

They actually listen

The application continuously updates based on the feedback given by the users and thats what I find most valuable. When Agents were being introduced they solved a problem that the team and I were experiencing when duplicating tasks and changing certain custom fields. The AI agents were a massive upgrade to automation and efficiency.

We're a 7-person web and AI development…

We're a 7-person web and AI development agency, and ClickUp is where our operations and project management finally live in one place. We tried plenty of other tools before it and none of them fit the way we work. The biggest change was bringing clients in as guests. We used to run follow-up through Slack and email, but both sit outside where the work actually happens, so every exchange added delay. Now clients create their own tasks and talk to us directly in ClickUp, with comments attached to the specific task they're about. Our HubSpot integration does the same thing for the sales-to-dev handoff — far less duplication and far less lost context. Not perfect: search sometimes fights with Brain, and comment privacy is too limited when guests are involved. But the product keeps improving, and it's earned its place in our stack. 9/10.

I can confidently say that ClickUp is…

I can confidently say that ClickUp is the most flexible, powerful, and scalable productivity platform on the market. What sets ClickUp apart is its incredible customizability. We use it to coordinate complex workflows in the board game industry, and the combination of Custom Fields, Task Relationships, and Automations has completely eliminated manual bottlenecks for our teams. It has seamlessly replaced 4-5 different tools (spreadsheets, docs, task managers, and basic chats) and centralized everything under one roof. On top of a fantastic, robust product, their continuous weekly feature releases and highly active community show that they genuinely care about user feedback and innovation. If you are looking to scale your business operations, eliminate siloed communication, and build highly optimized, automated workflows, ClickUp is the gold standard. 5/5 stars, without hesitation!

Ghosted during interview process

applied for a job MONTHS back, had an interview and then got ghosted. How disrespectful do you have to be to your potential employees? DO BETTER! ClickUp is a replaceable organization - focus on how you are treated as a customer, dont accept trash support or trash followup from small business.
