AI generated

Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Many consumers find that the platform acts as an all-in-one solution, centralizing tasks, documents, and communications, which significantly boosts productivity and clarity across their teams. Reviewers appreciate the platform's high degree of customization, allowing people to adapt views and workflows exactly to their unique processes, while powerful features like AI assistants are also helping to speed up daily work. However, some customers mentioned that the interface can be complex and overwhelming initially, and a few reviewers experienced specific issues such as synchronization errors between mobile and PC, or noticing ads appearing within the product after five years of use. Other people also felt that some fundamental expectations, such as the reliability of basic features or the usability of certain configuration areas, were not met.

What people say

The workspace I rely on every day

I've been using ClickUp extensively for managing AI projects, certifications, internship work, and personal productivity. What keeps me coming back is how everything lives in one place—from tasks and docs to AI-powered assistance with ClickUp Brain. The platform continues to evolve with useful features, and while there's always room for improvement, it has become an essential part of how I plan and execute my work. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an all-in-one productivity platform.

Powerful project management that keeps getting better

We've been using ClickUp to manage recruiting, credentialing, operations, and internal projects, and it has become the central hub for our team. What I appreciate most is how flexible it is—you can customize workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and keep everything organized in one place. One of my favorite features is Write with AI. It saves me a lot of time when drafting emails, creating documentation, brainstorming ideas, and summarizing information. The newer AI features and automations have also helped us streamline several internal processes.

ClickUp has become my go-to workspace

I've been using ClickUp every day for project coordination, QA, and team collaboration, and it has significantly improved how I organize my work. Instead of switching between multiple tools, I can manage tasks, documentation, and communication in one place. One feature I particularly like is ClickUp Brain. It helps me create structured QA checklists from requirements, summarize information, and organize work much faster than doing everything manually. It doesn't replace my review process, but it removes a lot of repetitive work and lets me focus on quality. The platform keeps evolving with new features, and while there are occasional improvements that can still be made, especially around some longer AI generations, my overall experience has been very positive. ClickUp has become an essential part of my daily workflow, and overall, ClickUp has become an essential part of my daily workflow and has helped me stay more organised and productive.

Great Company

I'm giving this company five stars because of the outstanding customer service, the level of customization they offer, and their genuine commitment to continuous improvement. Every interaction has been professional, and it's clear they value customer feedback. The only downside is the cost, as their pricing is higher than some alternatives. Even so, I believe the quality, flexibility, and overall experience make it well worth it, which is why I feel confident giving them five stars.

ClickUp offered superior feature…

ClickUp offered superior feature consolidation, allowing operations, marketing, and engineering to work within a single unified workspace. The capability to toggle between List, Kanban, Gantt, and Calendar views on the exact same underlying dataset provided the required balance of flexibility and operational structure across diverse team roles

Highly Effective Tool to manage my personal life and business

I like the hierarchy of object and how easy it is to move tasks from one list to another. The use of AI agents is very beneficial to, I've been able to send myself a "daily summary" from each of my workspaces to see what's pending in my personal life and for my automation agency. I personally think the product teams put a lot of work and thought upfront so features can be easily rolled out based on user feedback.

Advantage to use Clickup

ClickUp is highly regarded for its powerful all-in-one project management capabilities. Users appreciate its extensive customization and flexibility, allowing them to adapt workflows to their specific needs. The platform's integrated AI features are particularly praised, as they significantly save time and boost efficiency for various tasks. ClickUp has transformed their workflow and organization, making it a valuable tool for both personal and professional use.

I love the app, but hate the bugs

It's a great app, and they're constantly innovating, however this comes at a cost of bugs and performance. I have raised concerns about this in which they care too much about their release schedule and new features than they do about shipping quality work. It's still a great app, I am just frustrated that their 99% uptime guarantee is not factual since some bugs we have experienced were app breaking.

Nearly 4 Years of Running Our Team on ClickUp

We've been using ClickUp for almost four years, and it's become the backbone of how our team operates. We manage client projects, SOPs, recurring workflows, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration all in one place. As our team has grown, ClickUp has scaled with us, helping us standardize processes, automate repetitive work, and keep everyone aligned. More recently, ClickUp AI and Super Agents have taken our workflows even further by reducing manual work and making information easier to access, allowing us to focus more on improving processes than managing them.

It has actively harmed our operations, customers, and team.

We have been using ClickUp for some time and rely on it for our team of 50+ people and 1000+ customers. The security and reliability of the tool has been degrading to levels in which it has actively affected our team, customers, and workflow. As it is, it does not reach the quality required to a professional or corporate tool. Two bugs recently introduced disrupted our operations: - Replies for important messages where delayed for up to a month, and suddenly yesterday everybody in the team received hundreds of missed replies and important messages dating back to June. - Randomly, email addresses have started to appear in unrelated tasks/cards (that we use as a CRM to keep our customer base). This has caused our CS to inadvertedly send messages to the wrong recipients. There are other bugs that affect daily usage, we have reported some of them for a long time without answer, but they never affected our operations, reputation, and customers in such a disturbing way.

I've been a paying ClickUp customer for…

I've been a paying ClickUp customer for over three years, and unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion of the company. I accidentally added a client to my workspace so he could access one single table containing his documents. At no point did I receive a warning that this would trigger an additional charge, despite already being on a paid plan. As soon as I noticed what had happened, I immediately changed his role to Guest. The activity logs would clearly show that his access was extremely limited. After this dispute, I even checked my email and found that I had never received any confirmation or notification when this user was added to my workspace. Had ClickUp sent one, it would have served as a record of the role originally assigned to the user at the time he was invited, making it much easier to verify exactly what happened. I also noticed that ClickUp doesn't send me invoice or receipt emails when it charges my account. This makes it even harder to keep track of billing events and creates unnecessary friction whenever a billing issue needs to be reviewed. I also wasn't notified that VAT, which hadn't been collected before, would suddenly start being charged, which resulted in an additional charge of USD 100. Despite explaining the situation, offering evidence, and pointing out that this was an honest mistake that I corrected immediately, Jejomar, the ClickUp support representative handling my case, rejected my refund request. After more than three years as a customer, I expected a company of this size to value long-term relationships instead of rigidly enforcing charges that could have easily been resolved as a goodwill gesture. What disappointed me the most wasn't the amount of money, it was the way the situation was handled. Customer loyalty clearly wasn't taken into account, and the support experience left me feeling like my years as a paying customer meant very little. As a result, I won't be renewing my subscription. When my current billing period ends, I'll be moving to SmartSuite, which, based on everything I've heard, genuinely values its customers and takes a far more customer-centric approach when honest mistakes happen. If you're considering ClickUp, I'd recommend paying close attention to how it handles billing and support issues, not just its features. They're just very sketchy!

Great all-in-one project management tool

I've been using ClickUp for a while now and it's made a big difference to how I manage my work. It keeps everything in one place, from tasks and docs to dashboards and automations, which makes it much easier to stay organized. One thing I really like is how flexible it is. You can customise it to fit the way your team works instead of changing your process to match the tool. It took a little time to learn everything because there are so many features, but once you get used to it, it's very powerful. Overall, it's been a great experience and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a project management tool.

Really good

Really good. but the import from Trello is a bit poor which is a shame - comment history not preserved is the main issue, or littered with "Clickbot" messaging, leaving the whole board looking like a total mess. This makes migration annoying. Otherwise, the platform itself is v good/impressive.

ClickUp Simplified Everything

ClickUp has helped me to take the tools I use for work as well as my personal productivity tools and put them into one, while still making sure that the lines don't get blurred and everything is cleanly separated. The way you can categorize and organize all your work is the biggest unlock

I Highly Recommend ClickUp

I have been using ClickUp at work since 2022. It's an agency with team members across different timezones and ClickUp has played a vital role in keeping the workflow organised. We use it to manage client projects, track internal assignments, manage onboarding for new clients and new hires, and overall agency operations. The automations are very powerful and saves a ton of time for recurring tasks. There are some minor bugs at times, but that's not a big issue. I have used other project management tools and by far ClickUp is the most powerful, reliable and easy to use. I would highly recommend it.
