Zane contacted me about a MCA loan I have.
After discussing my situation with him he gave me some honest advice and suggested that I stay in my current situation as it is not causing me any issues at this point. I have dealt with many many people in the financial industry trying to grow and do what is best for my business and most people are out for themselves, they aren’t really concerned about what type of situation they might get you into.
Zane is by no means that type of person, I talked , he listened , we discussed and he recommended me keep doing what I’m doing which was the right way for me to go at this point. He also said if I need any advice in the future to give him a call to discuss any situation I might be getting into or considering and he will help me out. My reviews keep getting taken down so here is something TrustPilot can't take down. Please review the current lawsuit where Coastal Debt Resolve is a defendant versus FloRight Pump and Repair. It is of my opinion that this is exactly (more or less) what happened to me. There is also a case in the New York Bankruptcy court where ABSM LLC (the LLC CoastalRuns under) is listed as defendants in a fraudulent transfer case. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. I have already contacted the FTC, FBI, and local law enforcement considering what happened to me.

The FloRight Pump matter you reference was dismissed by the Court on October 8, 2025, and there is no pending case against Coastal Debt Resolve in New York Bankruptcy Court. Since the Company’s inception in 2018, no adverse judgment has been entered against Coastal Debt Resolve.
Your participation in the program was governed by a written agreement, and the engagement ultimately concluded in accordance with its terms. We strongly dispute the characterizations presented in this review and will continue to address materially false and misleading statements through the appropriate channels.

I retained Coastal Debt based on representations that they would negotiate a reduction of approximately 30% of my loan balance and assist in stopping the accrual of interest. In connection with this service, they charged fees of approximately 30% of the total debt.
Despite these representations, the services provided fell materially short of expectations. I fully complied with all program requirements, including making consistent weekly payments. However, when the matter reached mediation—arguably the most critical stage—I experienced a complete lack of meaningful support.
A substantial portion of the fees was collected upfront, which significantly reduced the funds available to negotiate a reasonable settlement with the lender. This structure, in my view, undermines the effectiveness of the service being offered.
Although an attorney was present at mediation, it was clear they were not adequately prepared or properly supported, with minimal involvement or coordination from Coastal Debt. As a result, I was left to handle the negotiation largely on my own.
In my experience, the services provided did not align with the representations made at the outset. When factoring in the fees charged, the overall financial outcome was no better—and potentially worse—than addressing the matter independently.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise exercising extreme caution and carefully reviewing the terms, fee structure, and expectations before engaging. I do not recommend this company.
