The Cognito Forms permitted us to place a questionaire on our website and have the sensitive information saved in a HIPAA compliant space. I would like to see the addition of features such as a print-ready option for hard copy that includes page breaks, headers and footers, and widow and orphan protections.

Hi Jeanne! We appreciate your feedback. Regarding your feature request - if your form has page breaks, you do have the option to include those page breaks when you export entries to PDF. You can learn more about downloading documents from your entries here: https://www.cognitoforms.com/support/461/entries/downloading-documents

This was the first time using the software. I would of like a chance to call directly to support. The response time for emailing was lagging. Not that it was bad, i just would of preferred over the phone support. I did get a new account up and they are using it. overall , the forms were fairly easy to configure. Thank you, John

It would be good if we could upload PDF the same way you can for pictures. Then create pages that link to other pages based on options that are chosen.

Cognito Forms - powerful, accessible forms tool

Cognito Forms is the new benchmark for power form users. It's been around for a long time, but often seems to fly under the radar. It really shouldn't. As a long-term Jotform user, I've always appreciated JF's powerful feature set, but having made the decision to migrate to CognitoForms for its superior text handling, we've discovered a host of ways it makes our lives easier: - Conditional logic is more powerful, better exposed and quicker to implement and interrogate - all visible as a pop-up from the form you are editing instead of having to leave the form like you do in many other builders. As well as a drop-down driven no code interface, you can also dive into scripting which once you get used to can be way quicker. - Many more inbuilt functions, especially for strings. - Templates are easier to implement - less configurable than JF but MUCH easier to keep to a house style. - Team roles without the need for high price Enterprise subs. - More powerful control of submission and submission update functionality, plus ability to create whole new paths. - Neater outbound webhook loads with more internal info exposed - Functionality is all within the CognitoForms realm, not the world of flakey "widgets" which frequently don't play nice, especially with webhooks. - Excellent knowledgebase, indexed well by google as well - lots of super-useful tips on unlocking its potential. To be fair, Jotform's is also very good. Seems to be pretty memory efficient running in your browser - I found Jotform getting slower in larger forms, and CognitoForms seems to run more happily. - Jotform remains the better option for form prefills, but you quickly discover other ways to get around the less flexible URL only based prefill of CognitoForms. We are migrating over 50 forms within our organisation and so far it's going really well.
