Very easy to set up and use.

Easy to learn & AMAZING Support

I have been using Cognito Forms for a high school reunion registration. I have never used it before but it was recommended by a friend who used it for a family reunion and loved it. It was easier to figure out how to build a form and configure which fields you can collect money from. People who registered found it to be easy as well. What I appreciate the MOST was how responsive Cognito Support was. I had to reach out several times to understand some functionality and I got very helpful responses usually the same day or the day after (depending on what time I submitted the question). I had to ask a follow up question on one issue and got a quick clarifying response that solved my issue. I will absolutely use Cognito Forms again for any future needs where it will be useful.

The Best i Like

Cognito forms is a user friendly app

I really appreciate the kind gesture. It is a way to gather data even on the free mode. It has helped my company to reach out to customers far and wide. Keep up the good work in achieving Sustainable development goals in Nigeria, Africa and the world at large. Thank you.

It is nice I like it

Excellent for my therapy practice

Excellent product - 1 detail missing

Excellent product, but the one thing the free version needs is the ability to not just email a third party (one is fine), but to send a copy of responses to the individual filling in a form. This is a fundamental need that needs to be included in the non-paid version. For non-profit organisations (in our case less that 50 members), a year's subscription for 4 times a year puts the system out of reach. That's all that's missing for a 5 star.

The support team has been excellent to work with

The support team has been excellent to work with. They have assisted with questions and issues I have encountered as I built our forms. It has been a great experience! Thank you

I wish to cancel my account

I wish to cancel my account. It is very difficult to connect with a live assistant

Straightforward and not too long

It was straightforward and the didn’t take much time apart from the log in process of having to copy and paste a new password after saving the work and coming back as I did not remember the original password .

Easy and great to use

No Coding Made Simple

For as simple and straightforward this app can do a lot. I strongly recommend anyone who is looking for no-coding apps to look at Cognito Forms first before going into deeper waters with more complicated sites.

Ability to copy forms/ use templates

Easy to work with

Cognito forms are easy to work with and understand

All I wanted to have in my forms, Cognito gave me!

All I wanted to have in my forms (and I mean ALL) I found in Cognito Forms without any difficulties in designing and formatting them. I'm very (honestly) very happy with the results I achieved. However, till now, I didn't get any interest from my visitors, but that is not Cognito's problem!

Simple and effective

Very simple to use, make the forms exactly how you want, do t think there's anything else like this around.

Lower pricing good
