Blocked assets
For almost a year now, I have been unable to unlock my assets and transfer them elsewhere. I have already provided photos, screenshots, identification documents, and all the other information you requested, but none of this has resolved the issue. Time passes, and eventually you simply stop responding. The case remains unresolved, and I receive no clear explanation, no final decision, and no meaningful update. This has been going on for almost a year. I need you to actually review my account, address the issue, and provide me with a clear resolution instead of simply stopping communication.

Dear Coinbase, Inc., I am currently using the Base wallet app and have updated it to the latest version, 30.5.2. I would like to ask the following questions: Is version 30.5.2 compatible with receiving funds via Direct Deposit using an Account Number and Routing Number? Why is the Direct Deposit information no longer displayed in version 30.5.2 as it was in previous versions? Please kindly provide an answer to these questions. Thank you very much!

I received a reminder from Coinbase that I had funds in an account. My original email was no longer available and I could not access my funds. Coinbase support walked me through the detailed process of verifying my identity so they could transfer the funds into a new account. They were very prompt and thorough.

They are full of hidden and outrageous…
They are full of hidden and outrageous fees, and they keep requesting for more fees to be able to withdraw. This fees are indefinite, I would advice people to avoid them. Being with #Vine# Hash# has been exceptional and I have been paid steadily without hidden fees.

Don't trust Coinbase
Don't trust Coinbase. Their employees steal login details and sell pics of that info to their scammer relatives who swipe Coinbase client's accounts. Coinbase denies it, investigates, blames their customers for having malware on their computer and closes the case. Tells you to contact your local FBI. Super impressed with their ability to take zero accountability.
