They are bs .... They took my money 550 pounds . I don't have any account with them ...they told me I was a liar, ...then after making me wait 2 hour ..they found on their end that they did took it and now not willing to send my money back .. Hope they all go to hell
€4,900 Sent to Coinbase but Never Returned Review (English) I transferred €4,900 to my Coinbase account, but the funds never appeared in my balance. My bank confirmed that the transfer was successfully completed and received by Coinbase. After months of contacting their support, Coinbase finally acknowledged that they had received my money. They told me they would return the funds and asked me to provide my bank account details. I submitted my bank statement and official proof showing that the account was in my name. Later, Coinbase informed me that they had already sent the refund. However, after the money never arrived, I kept following up. They then gave me the details of the account where they claimed the refund had been sent. To my surprise, that bank account was not mine. I have never owned or used that account. Despite providing proof of my actual bank account and repeatedly explaining the mistake, my €4,900 has still not been returned. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I have spent months trying to recover my money, but without any fair resolution. I expected much better customer support and accountability from a company of this size

I have called customer support many times, but they have been completely unhelpful. I can’t log into my account, and I have $3,000 in it that I want to withdraw. I will report this company to the relevant authorities

I wanted to withdraw 200 USD. FAIL DEBIT CARD :( I can add my debit card for withdrawal. It shows up in the settings and says "Limit 3000 USD". But no card is shown in the withdrawal list. When trying to add it again, it says" already added" Still no card is shown in the withdrawal list. FAIL BY BANK ACCOUNT :( Instead I choose Withdrawal via bank account Coinbase just shows a "Deposit" popup. No further explanation, just a form to make a deposit using my bank account. Unable to withdrawal. FAIL BY SUPPORT :( I was told to: - Clear all browser cashe - Test incognito window - Test another browser - Test in app - Contact my bank ALL THIS WAS UNNECESSARY! They "suddenly" discovered that my account was not verified!! They claimed it was not verified ,but how is that possible? I have traded and used my account many times. Also, THERE IS NO STATUS WARNING OR INFORMING ME about my account not being verified. I verified once again (frustrating). But still: I COULD NOT CHOOSE MY CARD OR BANK ACCOUNT for withdrawal! 90 minutes later, their support still have not found any solution. The chat stopped working. I can not send any more chat messages.... Also I KEEP GETTING LOGGED OUT OF COINBASE every minute. Tried two browsers and app. Now I can not get help at all since Coinbase does not provide any way of contacting them If logged out. Finally I got in again and hade one more hour support. There was no way of giving feedback to them. They had a over complicated complain form, which I was unable to use. Also, when asking for their street address to make a IBAN transfer of oney (they say it is needed to verify my bank account for withdrawl) they questioned me why I needed that information. I had to google it instead. TOP SECRET STREET ADDRESS FOUND ON GOOGLE :D After more than 3 hours of support for a simple question, I still do not know if i will get my money :(
