Takes weeks to get equipment after you’ve paid. Shipping company is arrogant and disrespectful if you can’t make their suggested time then they reschedule you for a week later at their convenience. We purchased four AC units within 4 weeks three units had already failed. They have great marketing and a slick website though. They can take money fast!
Shopped around for months trying to find the best deals on mini splits, I needed 4 of them but also wanted the best reviews, also comfortup.com offered the higher SEER and EER ratings and warranties of all the companies I checked. Their sales department is awesome and they offer free tec engineer that will speek to u at no cost if u have an issue with anything.
