My Commarker B4 was easy to setup and get running. I am very impressed with the performance of this unit for the price.
Fast shipping
Shipping was fast , 7 days . Product arrived very well packaged, top rated! I am very pleased with my Commarker b4 20w. This 20w fiber laser does the one thing my 60w epilog engraver couldn't do, and that is "Engrave into metal" this machine is fantastic! Easy to read instructions and quick setup. I also purchased the medium enclosure , rotary attachment, and 100w fume extractor. I am very happy with the whole experience.
Great product, communication and shipping times could improve
The company is good, the product great. The shipping needs work. I ordered the rotary chuck and it shipped like a week later, no progress emails or anything. I never knew when it would arrive and it took a few weeks to get it.
I have had an issue with a laser…
I have had an issue with a laser hooking up to my phone. I have had multiple people try to hook up the way that they say in the manual and on the video that they sent me and nobody can hook up to this machine so I got to believe that there’s an issue with the machine, but nobody is answering if I can bring it back or not
