Receptive to feedback on improvements for users. I like that everything is in one place - rosters, memo, chats etc rather than staff having multiple streams to review.

Connecteam is a great all in one…

Connecteam is a great all in one platform, and they were generous with us as a nonprofit making use of it!

It has been a great improvement from the previous tool

It has been a great improvement from the previous tool. The only thing I found (and it seems it’s only happening to me) is that PTO days in calendar are shown with an extra day before the actual day, so it looks like the leave period is +1 day. Apart from that, everything has been working fine and really facilitated our team to request and track mainly 2 things: PTO requests & management, and some internal evaluations like SOC 2 ones.

We are enjoying our experience with connecteam. There are some features we are yet to fully experience but we will get to it as we go along. So far it is easy to use and easy for our young staff to use.

Connecteam has been incredibly helpful for our organization. Before using it, we tracked employee hours on paper, which was time-consuming and difficult to manage. Connecteam has made our timekeeping process much more organized and efficient. It also allows us to see when and where employees clock in and out, helping us maintain accurate records and better accountability. Overall, it has been a great improvement for our team!

Great Experience Once We Learned It..

We've had a great experience with Connecteam so far. The onboarding process was excellent, and the support team was incredibly helpful during setup. The in-app chat support is responsive and makes it easy to get questions answered quickly. We especially love having a single place for communication, resources, onboarding, forms, and company information. The ability to control who has access to each feature or piece of content is a huge advantage and has helped us keep everything organized. Overall, Connecteam has become a valuable hub for our team and has streamlined many of our day-to-day processes.

Seamless onboarding, intuitive from day one

Your platform made moving my team and staff seamless. The Help section on Connect Teams was useful whenever I had specific questions, but honestly, the site itself is very self explanatory. I rarely needed to dig into support docs at all. That intuitiveness really showed recently when I had to onboard my staff. I walked them through the tools, and they picked everything up quickly with minimal explanation needed. That kind of ease of use says a lot about how well the platform is designed.

We have used this platform for about 6 months now and it has so much to offer. We have some glitches from time to time with a few of the features such as the auto clock out when leaving work zone and detecting geofence for clock in purposes. Overall we have enjoyed this platform.

We've been using Connecteam for about 6 months now. It has been seamless. Its easy to use, a ton of helpful and detailed walkthroughs on how it works if needed, and gives the data in a clear way. Would recommend for all small teams.
