Great to communicate with the team

It’s been great to communicate with the team both as a group and individually. As a leader, it’s critical to get messages out to the team as quickly as possible. This way it also doesn’t fill up their text messages. They can quickly and easily find messages and be able to respond.

Costumer service is great

Costumer service is great. It is a little less customizable than we would like but the program checks of 4 out of 5 boxes. Cam did a great job with the onboarding!

Easy to use and great support

The app is easy to use once set up and shows all information needed. The app support is fabulous - either with the AI bot or with a team support person. We would definitely recommend this app to any company.

I've had a great experience using the Connect Team app. I really like that everything is available in one app instead of having to use multiple platforms. It's fairly easy to use and makes it convenient to clock in and out, view schedules, communicate with staff, and manage client information all in one place. One improvement I would recommend is making it easier to reach a live support agent when issues or questions come up. It would also be helpful to have a printable user guide or packet that explains all of the app's features. I think this would help new users learn the app more quickly and get the most out of everything it offers. Overall, it's a great app that has made managing work much more organized and efficient.
