Connecteam is fantastic. The combining of the time clock, scheduling and report writing into one application is so convenient and efficient, as opposed to using three separate pieces of software. The UX is easy and flows nicely.
Easy interface, clean look, and straightforward planning tools!
I'd prefer a tiled formatting for the news feed and easier to view sales/events calendar. The tiles on those are clunky and the text so large you can't see what the event is without having to click it. It's hard to tell what's newly added since last log in and would be nice to have an indicator for that. There's no "Celebrations" feed on the desktop that I can find, but there is on the app. A dark mode would be fantastic. I also really wish I didn't have to toggle between normal and admin view to see the news feed and events. All of it should be accessible in admin.

My team has been using the app for months for attendance tracking and daily reporting, i like how simple the app and easy to use and user friendly it it. If you have a small team 10 or less, its totally fee, its really worth it!

I'd definitely recommend Connecteam. I use it every day for two different companies, and it's made managing field employees much easier. It allows us to communicate quickly with technicians in the field, so everyone stays updated without a lot of back-and-forth. The timekeeping features are easy to use, and I really like the GPS breadcrumb tracking because it helps verify where work was performed when needed. It's been a great tool for keeping everyone organized, improving communication, and providing accountability in the field. Overall, I've been very happy with Connecteam and would recommend it to any company that manages employees working in the field.
It does take a little work in order to make it 100% user friendly for our office. After we have been happy with the platform.
Straightforward on how to setup and do everything. Easy to manage and adjust time entries as needed. The AI chat tool is very handy. Simple to use with a friendly interface both on mobile and web, from an end-user and admin perspective
I run a small metal fabrication shop, and Connecteam has been a standout for us. What impressed me most is their commitment to small businesses. They actually understand how hard it is to stay afloat, and their free plan for small teams is something I've never seen anywhere else. That alone earned my loyalty. On top of that, the platform is genuinely intuitive. My whole crew picked it up easily, and it's been great for time tracking, understanding how hours get spent across projects, and keeping everyone communicating. I couldn't recommend them more.
There are certain things I do not like about the software. I would have liked to see a Webinar and get a preview on how the software works. The there was issues with the timesheet because not all hours were included. The export report is not clean. There were hours that went into errands and it should have been separated to each location. The overtime hours were incorrect, and the regular time was incorrect. I had to change it manually. It was simply not a clear report.

Connect team is so simple and easy to use
We have been using connect team for 3 months now and have no complaints. All works well and easy to operate.
This has helped change our timekeeping processes. We would have one person running everything, and now each person is responsible for maintaining their timesheets. This is a great program for small and larger companies.

Most functions are great however, AI generate courses can offer some information that is not fitting for an organisation
