Very useful for our small restaurant…
Very useful for our small restaurant business! Has made admin related to time tracking easier and gives us better peace of mind due to features like requiring manager signature on daily time sheets and location-enabled clock-in clock out. Also useful to communicate with our team.
Total bait and switch scam. Beware
I was recommended to Connecteam by my ADP rep as a way to get around an issue that ADP had with the Auto Lunch feature. The Connecteam rep signed me up for their platform and ADP erased all the Time data from their platorm. NOW, I am being told I need to buy more modules for the Conneteam App to work as described. This is a total bait and switch scam. My ADP rep was never told about these different pricing levels and neither was I. My ADP rep will no longer recommend them ( his own words) and neither will I.

I find the platform easy to use and fairly intuitive. As an admin I do get more notifications than I want despite setting them to not be connected to me. I also found it confusing to be able to log into the portal as a non admin under my account...

I think its really comprehensive and well run. I think it allows you to reach all of the different areas you need and structure everything. Has been very useful for what we are trying to build and structure. We use the checklists primarily and that is such a great tool to make sure everything is done correctly.
