We have just started to use Connecteam with our organization. So far the roll out has been smooth. The features the app has are what we were looking for, with a lot more. It’s very easy for our folks to use. The feed back I have received as been positive.

It has been a great tool to use for scheduling our seasonal workers in our seasonal exhibit this summer. The chat feature has also been a great thing for our team to use this summer so that we can quickly notify the team of changes.

Connecteam has given our town a sense of control and accountability that everyone can appreciate. Before, we had hand written time cards and the accountability was not there. Now, my team has a sense of security and control over their time and accountability. Employees working directly with their manager/directors - give everyone a sense of stability. Thank you!

We have simple needs, and Ben was amazing at getting those couple questions answered, so that I can take the information back to my owners.

We trialled Connecteam as we needed one central place for Policies, Procedures, Forms & staff communications. We tried it alongside a couple of options but nothing compared. We tailored our package to us. Although we wish we could opt for some features and remove others we don't use, it's still a tool that saves us time, errors and makes our day to day easier.

Scam alert! Stolen bank info and ss#
A couple months ago I applied for a job on indeed and got hired by a company and they onboarded with this app. They had multiple people on a group chat Two months later after giving all of my bank account and social security number for payment from this “company” I’ve gotten two updates telling everyone they are “processing our information and will be sending us work soon”. Two months later! The second update was an hour ago. I commented I think this company is a scam and I’m reporting them to connect team and I was deleted from the app. Do not use this app. They don’t screen the companies. I think I just got scammed and now criminals have my bank account and social security info so now I’m going to have to change my bank account and contact multiple authorities. I’m also contacting an attorney to see what my rights are. This is a disaster. All I wanted was work and now I’m terrified my bank account could be drained or God knows what else with my private info I’m so angry with this company! I've edited this after seeing their response to tell you no one has tried to reach out to me and I can't contact them.

Overall Great Experience
Overall, I've had a positive experience using Connecting, and the scheduler and timesheet approval are very straightforward and easy to use. The only thing that I wish was included in that plan for the schedules is the requesting time off, because that's essentially the only extra thing that I would need. That would make this a perfect match rather than a good match. However, the system is very easy to use, and I think that that's been the most important aspect for me and my staff. It's nice to have an app on their phone for them to clock in easily.

Overall the Connecteam application is…
Overall the Connecteam application is Great! However, there are little things that are tedious. All shifts automatically go into an unassigned section of the scheduler, which is out of the screen and you have to scroll down. It's just a nuicense. Otherwise, I like that I can save shifts easily. Their CHAT feature is very thorough and it guides you through MOST questions quickly. I definately recommend CONNECTEAM!
