ContactsDirect was able to beat the price of Lens.com, which was a plus and the reason I chose to use them for my last contacts order. Shipping was quick once my prescription was verified and everything arrived just as expected. Was slightly bummed I couldn’t use coupons with my insurance, but otherwise things were great.
Very happy with purchase and shipping time. Thankful for sale price. Would be nice if returning customers were given reductions in pricing consistently when ordering/purchasing from Contacts Direct.

Good to deal with on the phone - James Patterson did an excellent job walking me thru uploading my photo & emailing it to Contacts Direct; super patient man. Please tell him I said that! :) He also had my contacts shipped in 2 days at no extra charge, because I "earned" a quick ship "voucher" (something like that). jct
