Total scam! I was led to believe I was paying for a 7 day use only but ended up getting charged for £49.90 thrice before I noticed! And I only used this service once! They only offered a £24 refund on my last transaction. Absolute scammer of a company!

Terrible tactics (bait and switch) to lure new customers. Do not fall for the 95 cents 7-day trial. Very misleading so watch your credit card/ bank statements. I was charged $49 TWICE and only used the service during the 7-day trial. Complaint was filed with the BBB. Please stay away from this company! They tried offering $24.95 as a courtesy refund, totally unacceptable!

Firstly the service says free, yes its free to make changes to your PDF but if you want to download it you have to pay, what use is it if you can't download it!
Then when you pay for the single conversion they also sign you up for a year after 7 days, of course they say it's in the Ts&Cs but it was not clear to me. They do not let you know the day before that they will take the payment, they just take it.
Asked for a refund - nope!

Unwanted monthly charges and zero customer support - Avoid
I started using Convert2 believing I was signing up for a free trial. To my shock, I later discovered they had been charging my account approximately €50 every month. By the time I noticed, I had already been billed 3 times without my explicit consent.
To make matters worse, I am now completely locked out of my account. I attempted to log in to cancel, but I am not receiving any OTP (One-Time Password) codes. I also tried using the "Forgot Password" feature multiple times, but no emails ever arrive.
I have reached out directly to their contact email address to request a full refund and account cancellation, but I have received absolutely no response. Terrible experience and non-existent customer support. Save your money and stay away!
