NOT FREE, lied to get traffic…

Lied in the Google Search result that it was FREE. Asked for email and money to give me PDf, but first made me uploaded. Lack of integrity, transparency and lied. NOT FREE. I fin with you charging for your work. I am not fine with my time being wasted.

Bot reviews say no hidden charges - lies

Bot reviews say no hidden charges. Pay $1.95 to convert a document then you think you’re done. But no, this starts a 7 day trial and then if you don’t cancel, triggers a $49.90 subscription charge which customer support says is all in the T&Cs and it’s non-refundable. Cunning, hidden, and unfair.

Advice - Avoid this please!!!

Advice to anyone considering using this service would be to avoid doing so! I attempted to use it to convert a document. Not only did it fail to work, but I was caught out with the ridiculous monthly charge that came into play once the trial period ended. Two payments for £49.90 were taken from my account before I noticed. They had no interest in refunding any of it after contacting them, which makes me believe even more that these people are scammers, or they know how bad their product is and use sneaky tactics to make a profit. It was clearly a genuine mistake on my part as who in their right mind would think £49.90 per month for a PDF convertor is good value for money?? Please avoid this company/service, or at least pay careful attention to the small print. I only wish I had read the reviews before proceeding with it, as I'm clearly not the first to have been caught out.

Hidden subscription charge BEWARE

I used the service for a one off file conversion and paid 95p. Great! Or so I thought. A few days later I was hit with a £49.90 subscription charge. When I disputed the charge they said it was on the checkout information and emails they sent. Well I’d already checked out. But there is no mention of recurring subscriptions on any email I’ve received. Just Google this company to see warnings about hidden subscription charges and malware threats. I wish I had! I paid using PayPal and as soon as you click to raise a dispute, they’ve already got a message telling you to contact them directly to resolve, rather than dispute through PayPal. Their response was to offer a 50% refund. Don’t accept it because if you do, you’re accepting their resolution and its case closed. Dispute it with PayPal and your bank. Edit following company reply to my review: Despite the “friendly” reply you will see to this and other negative reviews. This is the company attempt to look like they want to help. However, their response is to quote their policy and refuse to refund. THEY DO NOT RESOLVE !

This company is a predatory scam

This company is a predatory scam. You likely have read this in other reviews, but they advertise a 1 week subscription for $1, without communicating that they are signing you up for a renewing subscription at $50. They will charge you that $50 a week later with no warning or communication. You should use any other service, they will at least communicate what they are offering.

Charged for a subscription I did not sign up for

I paid 95p for a one-off use, did not sign up for a regular subscription, then found my account was debited £49.90 for the next two months (until I stopped the subscription). Contacted the company and requested a refund. They say the T&C's are clear and initially denied a refund. I pointed out the T&C's are in very small font, after a series of customer endorsements, therefore not visible. They acknowledged this and then offered a 25% refund only and will not budge on that. Leaves a very poor impression of their business practices.
