Stay clear not a company you want to deal with.
Unfortunately l had all sorts of issues and after spending a lot of time with the program trying and attempting to get a positive result my trial period apparently ended and l was debited a further $69.99 on top of my trial period with no refund forthcoming. Unlike a lot of companies l have dealt with in the past and there have been a lot, this particular company has no empathy and will take your money no matter what so make sure you keep tabs on your trial period, l found another program on the net very similar and it worked fine and only cost me $39.95 for a complete year, amazing 🤩

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I used their website to convert 1 document for $0.99, then they kept charging my card every month $69.90 as a subscription I never did. They didn’t notify me with any subscription note or informed me that they will use my card again. Even, for three months they kept withdrawing money from my card without sending me any receipts or invoices. I am not sure even that’s legal.

Bad!!!I signed up for the free trial…
I signed up for the free trial expecting to evaluate the service before making a commitment. Unfortunately, I was charged for a subscription without realizing that the free trial would automatically convert to a paid plan. I did not see or knowingly agree to a clear cancellation or billing policy before signing up. The experience was frustrating because I would have canceled the trial if I had been aware of the automatic charge. I have contacted customer support and requested a full refund. I hope the company improves the transparency of its free trial terms and makes the billing and cancellation policies more visible so customers can make informed decisions. Clear communication and transparency are important, and I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future users.

If i could give zero stars i would. Dodgy hidden costs etc. And they dont bill you straight away. They wait a few months and charge the lot in 1 go because they know as soon as you notice money gone so is the subscription with them. Absolute dogs

Scam! Paid £1 for a one-off PDF conversion, charged £49 for a subscription I never knowingly joined
I used this service for what was advertised as a one-off PDF conversion, paying £1. I did not knowingly sign up for a free trial or subscription, there was no clear indication at checkout that this was a trial, and I received no confirmation email telling me I'd been enrolled in one. Weeks later, I was charged £49 with no prior warning email about an upcoming charge or subscription. I've had no billing communication since, no invoices, no reminders, nothing. Advertising a free service then charging as a one-off £1 conversion while actually enrolling customers into a recurring £49/month subscription, without clear disclosure, is misleading. £49 for a PDF converter is steep on its own, but the lack of transparency at signup is the real issue. I contacted customer support and requested a full refund. They offered only 50%, which isn't acceptable; I never agreed to a subscription in the first place. Don't use this service!
