What a scam! I converted 1 document for a one time charge of 1.95 and I just noticed that I am being billed monthly for 49.90. Never would I subscribe to such. I am a full time online student who was in need of converting a discussion paper assignment that had to be presented as a pdf. Terrible experience for someone trying to better themselves and the community we live in. I am majoring in Social Work at 74 years of age. Here lies a true need for advocacy! I want to unsubscribe to something I never knowingly subscribed to, and a refund.

Only needed it once so payed 95p. I can't remember subscribing for anything as their term and conditions are not explained properly. Today found out they charged me £49 for monthly subscription. And looks like I am not the only one facing this issue. There was no communication from their side before charging me like other companies do before your free trial expire. This company is a scam. Also apps like this don't cost £50 per month. They scam and rob people.

used pay pal for a one time pdf needed, they continued to charge paypal for 3 months until my pay pal account went to 0, I do not use pay pal much and did so for this one time thing, sad to see they would not refund me the $150.over 3 months. very sad to see companies doing this without any recourse. Terrible bate and switch type plan. very unhappy, I even asked to have a supervisor and was refused.

I needed a one time compression tool so opted for the 7 day trial. I had completed my work in a day ir so and forgot about it. 7 days later I receive a £50 charge for another months subscription. Wirhin minutes of receiving the charge I had explained I had made a mistake but did not need tehe subscription. So they cancelled and pointed out the terms I had signed up for. I explained again and again and again that I did not need the compression tool and each time simply received the same answer and an offer of 50% reduction. I was foolish not to read the small print. But it absolutely stinks that convert2 simply keep sending out the same message time after time. I made a mistake. I accept that. But it is offensive that Convert2 set this us for us to fail and penalise customers. I will never use them again.
