I sent a bouquet to my admin for Admin Week, and She never received it. I have emailed and called, trying to get my money back, but no one will respond. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The bouquet I sent wasn't cheap, and now I am out of money

Are you sure you have the right phone number. I just looked up your order and you requested delivery for today the 29th and it is out for delivery right now. Here is the UPS tracking number 1ZJ217510335545113. Our email is [email protected]. You never provided your email with the order so you should have gotten the conformation text which you can look up the tracking on our site with that conformation number.
This was delivered on the 29th as you requested.
Sent a bouquet to my daughter’s dorm and they delivered UPS to university mail system in a box instead of to her dorm so a valentines cookie bouquet will not be received until after the holiday weekend and will be stale. Waste of money.

Yes you selected UPS delivery for today. They were delivered to the university today at 10:33 am as selected. The university dorms have rules that we have to follow when we deliver to a school dorm. The box was delivered to the designated locker for her where she can pick it up today. Shipments are not allowed as I showed you in the university bylaws to be delivered directly to the dorm rooms. Door dash and insta cart are their only exceptions and they are only allowed to be delivered to the common area in each dorm building. If you ship any box from anywhere besides door dash or insta cart this is how they have to be delivered. We sent the package with the information you provided and delivered on the day you selected. Here is the university package policy.
Mail Services will make every effort to deliver packages promptly and efficiently. The following outlines the policy for the delivery and retention of student packages:
Packages will be delivered to package locker locations the same day they are received. Packages will be available for student retrieval for 72 hours, not including weekends. For example, packages loaded into lockers on Thursday morning will be available for pickup until Monday morning.
We ordered 800 cookies for our event and they came out perfectly. Delivered the day before so we had plenty of time to get all set up and they were wonderful to work with.
Avoid! Spent over $1,000 on custom cookies that were delivered 2 days after the party. Was told by customer service they would file a claim with Fed Ex, called back 3 weeks later only to be told, no, we can't do that, by the same lady who told me she'd file the claim. I asked for a refund and was told no. When I asked to speak to the manager the lady who I had been talking to told me that she's the manage then after back and forth she told me she was also the owner and how it's a small family business. The final straw was when I told her we are a school and that the kids who fundraised for these custom cookies to give at graduation would really appreciate getting some type of money back, even just half of it, since they just lost $1,000 on NOTHING, she told me I was a liar and that it wasn't the kids money!!! Our 7th grade class fundraised for this so they could give the 8th graders a parting gift as they move on to high school, so yes, it was the students money!! Horrible customer service. That lady gives this company a bad name and reputation!

You have the wrong company we ship with ups and do not use FedEx.
My order was placed 2 weeks in advance for a future delivery date. It was delivered 2 days after my daughter's birthday. I made several attempts to contact customer service with no response. The statement on their website "satisfaction guaranteed" is only lip service. Will not order from them again.
To your response - you explained nothing to me, there was no response to my emails. Also I am not sure how there was "weather" in the middle of August.

Yes and as we explained this was delayed by weather and we are not able to offer a money back guarantee for delays due to natural causes.
I received a bouquet of sugar-free chocolate chip cookies.
The presentation was fabulous and I've enjoyed the cookies I ate. I've had better tasting sugar-free cookies and these were maybe a little too soft as well. I liked the size and generousity of chocolate chips.
My biggest complaint, no mater how hard I tried, I could not locate the nutrients on the cookies. The site just kept looping. As a diabetic, I'd like to know the carb count.
Do not use this company for hospital deliveries. We paid 40$ extra to get them to a child at MD Anderson. Supposedly the cookies were delivered to a name we don’t know. There was no picture of drop off and the sweet baby didn’t get his cookies. The manager was extremely unprofessional when we called to find out what happened. She said something about this happening at hospitals but they don’t tell clients this ahead of time. 😢
Supposedly they were gunna track the cookies down and let us know what could be done. Never happened.
The entire process with Cookies Bouquets was perfect. We ordered 8 centerpieces from them with custom 7 cookies in each centerpiece. We gave them the art for the cookies we wanted to use and they had our mockups of the product ready for us on the date they promised. When it was time to pick up the bouquets, they were available on the date and time requested.
The bouquets were put together 100% complete for us. They were also wrapped in bubblewrap to protect everything. All of the bouquets were securely packages for us to drive to our event (650 miles). Everything made it from Columbus to Virginia Beach completely intact. There was nothing to do but take them out of their protective packaging and place them on tables.Cookies Bouquets even provided us with some backup cookies in the event that something broke in transit. The people at Cookies Bouquets are also very easy to work with.
And to top everything off, not only did the bouquets look beautiful, the cookies tasted great. Everyone at our event enjoyed them.
Over a week to deliver . . . The date kept changing and now the recipient won’t receive for eight days . . . Will the cookies even be fresh? Never again.

I do apologize for this it looks like the original delivery date that was quoted is may 2nd and they will probably still deliver on that date. These are going to WA from Ohio and are a 4-5 business day travel. We ship cookies there all the time and pack our cookies to be in transit for up to 15 days.

Amazing! I wanted to send my sister something unique and special for her birthday and came across Cookie Bouquets. I was a little hesitant to try out something new, but was so happy that I did! Ordering was super easy and my sister was so surprised with her bouquet. The cookies were beautiful and delicious! Will definitely be using them again!
Super friendly staff, we moved here eight months ago and this has been, and will be an every weekend must have kind of experience. Tasty treats and great people! Couldn't ask for more!
The cookies were pretty good, I prefer soft chewy cookies, but the selection was awesome. It is a little expensive especially with shipping. But overall it was nice!
Great experience buying their cookies. Contacted customer service for payment issues and this was promptly resolved. Only thing preventing me from giving it 5 stars is the quality of the cookies. IMO, it has dropped slightly since I last purchased. Will still continue to buy in the future.

They're so soft and rich in taste. Received a bouquet today for Mother’s Day. The cookies were stale and not edible. Very poor quality....maybe the problem iis delivery in 105 heat in Arizona. We will family to never order again.
