Scam website
The items advertised are a scam. They aren’t the correct size or materials. They claim to have a return policy but then tell you that due to high shipping costs, to just accept a coupon to order even more scam items. What was received is garbage quality.

I purchased a costume beginning of August and they never gave me shipping information nor have they returned my emails asking about my order.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a Koun cosplay from High Rise Invasion expecting it to arrive just in time for NewYork Comic Con since they said they had the item in stock and would ship within 24 hours as I paid extra for expedited shipping. I emailed them regarding my order since it had been 24 hours without an email; to which they responded that the cosplay was out of stock and they were making it. I told the company I was upset because their website had told me otherwise and that I would be cancelling the order since it would not ship in the expected time frame. Their response was and I quote, “It will arrive by October 15th, you will keep it. Have a great day”. Wish I knew this site was a scam before ordering.

I ordered from cossky for my Halloween costume at the beginning of August because I read good reviews. What a mistake. Thinking I had sufficient time, I ordered my Sylvie costume with 7-12 day shipping. On the 13th day, it still had not been shipped so I emailed. They told me they were delayed because it was "so close to Halloween." Okay. Understood. I had time so I didn't stress. Weeks passed and I kept following up. They assured me it would arrive in time but didn't give me details. Finally, I just emailed them saying I was sure this was not coming and just wanted a refund. They had the gall to respond that 24 hour shipping had miraculously "just become available" for my costume so was I sure about the refund. This place is 100% a scam. For reference, my husband also ordered a Loki costume a week after me, and his was shipped within a week of ordering. However, when tracked, the package was waiting to be picked up by the carrier. For over a month. When he followed up multiple times, they would tell him it was shipped and would be there soon. A couple of days ago they finally admitted that his package was lost and would give him a refund. I can't warn others about this site enough. It is a waste of time and money! At the time of this review, we had both been promised refunds but they have not been delivered so hoping we are given our money back.
They are absolutely terrible
They are absolutely terrible. I really wish I found this site before purchasing. It was recommended to me by someone who purchased a Scarlet Witch costume. I ordered it in enough time to arrive for a event I’m attending. I emailed to see what’s going on as it has not shipped. I’m told it was not made yet and in production which contradicts the website that says it’s made & in stock. I’m told it should be here by my deadline. I email back asking what an estimated arrival time and if there is expedited shipping. Expedited shipping is $30 which I found to be ridiculous. I tell them I’m not paying that amount, I’m told they’ll put it to $15. I say no again because now it feels like a money grab. Since they are saying now the item is completed to be expedited shipped, I keep inquiring on the estimated arrival time as the order still says unfulfilled. They don’t answer my question at all and send me a blank email response. I asked for a refund as well especially since the order is not fulfilled, I’m ignored. I highly doubt I’ll be receiving this product. This just feels like a scam, I may contact my bank about fraud regarding this. I would stay away from this company.
This company is fraudulent
This company is fraudulent. They claim they make them when ordered and when made incorrect they offer to replace the incorrect piece but it takes more than 3 months because its too complicated to make the incorrect piece alone. They will reply via email with excuses of it takes a long time. They refuse to correct the issue and keep responding with it takes time. Im reporting fraud.

Wish I would have found this site first... I ordered a woman's Loki variant costume from them in a 2xl after reading reviews and claims that they used American sizing (total lie). So I emailed and asked what I could do about an exchange for a bigger size and only got offered 15% off a repurchase of the costume. Which contradicts their return policy of a supposed 20% for customer sizing error, but had they never lied about their sizing then there wouldn't have been need to reorder in the first place. Save your money don't order from them!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! CHEAP PRODUCT
The costume I ordered was a women's medium. When it arrived it had a medium tag, but was NOT a medium-size.. It would fit a 10-year-old girl at best!!! Messaged the guy at Cossky, and because he doesn't speak English he couldn't understand that I wanted to return for an adult size that would fit. I asked for a refund and he would not give me one. The total cost of the costume was $129. He wanted me to take pictures of the medium tag to verify it was not the correct size. I took pictures of what a women's medium should look like...no response! This is horrible customer service and the biggest scam!!! In addition, the material is some kind of cheap plastic! It smells so manufactured...no telling what it is made of.. Save your money!! Don't buy from this place!!!! SCAM

I have emailed Cossky twice asking what their once upon a time captain hook costume is made of. No response. I asked where it ships from no response. So I don't think I will order from them only because I receive no responses from them. Makes me very nervous.
Iffy Cossky experiences
I ordered a Lady Dimitrescu dress from Trendsincosplay, run by Cosplaysky/Cossky. It was okay-made and the dress fabric is beautiful! The necklace was a bit inaccurate and the gloves are not leather or pleather, as they should be. The hat is a cheap little straw hat, definitely too small for this costume. The dress is EXTREMELY long and only useful for a photoshoot, where you'd have to stand on a step ladder or something. Definitely couldn't wear this at a convention. Standard shipping was efficient. Struggled a bit with sizing, as my dress is MUCH too big, despite following the sizing guide. I wouldn't recommend this company. I experienced issues with a previous order, where I added DHL shipping to my cart, but instead, it was sent through standard shipping. I couldn't get hold of them to let them know and had to demand a refund for that. My boyfriend also ordered from them and had 2 very expensive items in his cart and he paid for DHL shipping. Only 1 if the items arrived. He contacted them about the second, and they were oblivious about it. And then they told him they'd need to make it from scratch. He waited over a week and still no correspondence. He wanted them to send it via DHL too, since he paid for DHL, but they refused and said it would be too expensive. Some more time went by and he still didn't have any feedback. Eventually he asked for a refund, which he only got about 2 weeks later. Finally, their customer service is horrendous. Their email system has been down. With my first costume, I tried to contact them numerous times, because they weren't shipping with DHL, and all my emails bounced back. After contacting them over and over on their Facebook page, I eventually got a response. Now, it seems there's 1 person dealing with emails. They respond with one-word answers and generally aren't very helpful or professional. PS, they offer cosplayers a chance to be featured on their social media pages, in exchange for a 5 star review.
Tiny Sizes, No Honesty Allowed
The Lady Dimitrescue dress I bought is TINY despite ordering a 2xl! It's also more of a yellow color than anything. I tried to leave a review on their website since they asked me to but of course because I gave it one star they won't publish my review. Save your money and look elsewhere! I found a seller on eBay that specifically makes their costumes in US sizes so at least I can get a dress that will fit. There's something kind of funny about buying a dress for a busty vampire character and it not fitting over my bust, but I'm also regretting wasting money on it.

I was emailed this review and asked to share what I think of the costume I ordered. Well, I ordered it 3 months ago and have not received it. The o Lydia response I ever get is a generic “we’re working on it.” Doubting that I will be coming at all.

I saw so many good reviews and was very excited to try this out! My costumes finally got here.... One costume was in the wrong color, another was completely missing, another was not very good quality. I spend over $300 and have seen plenty of good reviews from fellow cosplayers. Very disappointed in what I received.
They won't give me my money back
Do not order from this website! I ordered a Kurapika costume in a size female medium. They sent me a small, not only that but there were stains on the back of the shirt and the design on the front was torn and already peeling in some spots. What they sent me is completely unusable and they have so far refused to give me my money back. I will never be ordering from them again.
Beware of this website, Chinese seller
Beware of this website. It's a Chinese seller that dropships from other sellers on Aliexpress. You can find the same items for half the price on Aliexpress. I paid £20 extra for DHL delivery to London, but it was sent via regular china mail. I sent a message to the seller, and they responded that it's due to Covid which makes no sense what so ever. I find all the reviews on here very untrustworthy.
Queen Anna Cosplay
The costume is very pretty, and of fairly good quality, although the rhinestones come off a little in the wash.
